Recruitment and placement services

We recruit manpower in india, Nepal , Philippines, Bangladesh and
place them to middle east and south east Asian companies. Despite
the above our focus also well in place for the western part of the
world on placing professionals in IT sector and engineering side. Our
services like advertising the requirement in the local news papers
and gets the appropriate resumes through our connected various
consultant network and mass resume databases. Making
arrangement for the client interview in the interface organized or in
some cases through telephonic. Interacting, keeping in touch with
the selected candidates from various companies and destinations and
do the necessary documentations for the dispatch of the candidates.
We will be ensuring all ways and means to see that the selected
candidate is reporting duty as per the customers direction and
requirement on time.

Deputation of Manpower

We recruit manpower in India and depute to various companies in

India and abroad through our service department. Paswi select the
candidates through advertisement in India and train them for the
specific assignment based on client requirement and send them
abroad for services. Our experts having experience in the field of
manpower consultancy and selection services would have through
interaction through various type of intellectual, interpersonal,
accommodative and perspective type of ability check with the
candidate and finalize their selection for a particular assignment in
abroad. For the above services paswi shall charge on monthly basis
based on agreed manmonth / Manday rates and overtime as per the
local Law. In this paswi shall take care of all the services related to
transportation ( Mob & Demob ) of candidate to the required
destination and the relevant documentation works. The charges for
the transportation shall be as per the mutual agreed payment
between client and Paswi.

Our Service Charges for Placements

Our service charges are 8.33 % of the annual take home salary.
Invoice shall be raised once the candidate is reported to the
respective company / client office on duty. The currency used
for billing will be on US$ only. The payment transfer required to
be done within seven days from the date of invoicing through
swift transfer. The applicable taxes as per the Indian norms
shall be included additionally in the invoices separately.
