Q/fit piping on base machine

available on the market, and also on our operator’s

Tools:
1 Open the MCV cover on upper frame.

Tools:
1 Open the side door of air cleaner room.
2 Loosen the hose from "P1" port on the solenoid valve.
3 Assemble the fitting.
4 Reassemble the hoses.(Torque:2.5±0.3kgm)

Tools:
1 Pass the hose assembled to "P3" port on valve through
upper frame hose, and arrange facing to MCV front side.
2 Arrange the hose assembled to "T" port on valve facing to
the return pipe.
3 Connect the hose from "Ps" port on the valve to "P1" port
on the solenoid valve.

Tools:
1 Loosen the plug on return pipe.
2 Connect the hose from "T" port on the valve to the return
pipe.
3 Pay attention. The hydraulic oil is passing through the return
pipe.

Tools:
1 Remove the cover on tool box. (Bolt: 4EA)
2 Remove the relay box cover.
3 Put 2 relays across the relay board, and fix them.
4 Connect the relay wires.
5 Reinstall the relay box cover.

Tools:
1 Remove the cover (14508319) on A position.
2 Remove the bolts (2EA) inside the cover.
3 Remove the cover (14508322) on B position.
4 Remove the bolts (2EA) inside the cover.
5 Disassemble the control panel.
6 Remove the blanking cover on which the switch will be
installed.
7 Install the switch.
8 Connect the electric cables in box to the switch.
9 Reassemble the panel. (Bolt torque:0.5±0.05kg-m)

Tools:
1 Remove the switch ass'y on the side of cab.
2 Remove the blanking cover on which the switch will be
installed.
3 Install the switch.
4 Connect the electric cables in cab to the switch.
5 Start up the machine, and check the operating condition of
quick fit. (Check the pulsation of quick fit hose.)
6 Check the oil volume in hydraulic tank, and add if neces-
sary.
7 Close the MCV cover.
8 Reassemble the tool box cover. (Bolt torque:4.0±0.4kg-m)
