DEPRESSION

Good day to all of you, today I want you to inform about Depression so most of the
teenager has already encounter depression then commit suicide because of this mental health
problem. So what is Depression? Depression is a serious mental health problem that causes a
persistent feeling of sadness and loss of interest in activities. It affects how your teenager
thinks, feels and behaves, and it can cause emotional, functional and physical problems.
Although depression can occur at any time in life, symptoms may be different between teens
and adults. Issues such as peer pressure, academic expectations and changing bodies can
bring a lot of ups and downs for teens.

Teen depression isn't a weakness or something that can be overcome with willpower -it can
have serious consequences and requires long-term treatment. For most teens, depression
symptoms ease with treatment such as medication and etc., my dear student Depression is not
just a joke it is a real mental illness. Some of the world's most famous and powerful leaders
have suffered from depression, including Winston Churchill, Abraham Lincoln and Mahatma
Gandhi.

Teen depression signs and symptoms include a change from the teenager's previous
attitude and behavior that can cause significant distress and problems at school or home, in
social activities or other areas of life. There are a lot of symptoms and causes depression has,
maybe some of us has already experiencing this but we can’t just notice.

Most of us haven’t really known the real cause of the depression, so I will be giving you
some the causes inherited traits. Depression is more common in people whose blood relatives
also have the condition, Hormones. Changes in the body's balance of hormones may be
involved in causing or triggering depression. And many more to mention, we students need to
be more aware of it.

Based on my friend that has already suffer this kind of situation she/he haven’t notice it
earlier not until she/he notice that her/his emotion has been changing fast, she/he got to be
angry without any reason and etc. Then there was a time that she/he just want to commit
suicide but she/he fight argue and talk to her/his parents instead.
My fellow’s student we should be more aware of ourselves, if you’ve notice something
wrong about your mental health then talk to your parents or friends instead. Suicide is not a
solution there are a lot of things you’ve need to focus to. Having a depression doesn’t mean
you’re weak its means you’re also a human needing a attention.
