PURPOSE

Providing guidline in arranging of evaluation document that comply with legal

and other requirement

2. SCOPE.

This work intruction shall be used in all departement in Head Office which
affected by the concern regulations.

3. REFERENCE

3.1. Quality Policy/Objectives and Procedure Manual, ISO 9001 : 2008, PT. Hafar
Daya Konstruksi

3.2. ISO 9001 : 2008 : Quality Management System requirement

3.3. OHSAS 18001:2007- Occupational Health and Safety Management System-

Requirements.

3.4. ISO 14001:2004 - Environment Management System - Requirements with

guidance for use.

4. DESCRIPTION

4.1. The compliance evaluation of government regulation and other requirement is

conducted once in a year and will be done in the beginning of the year.

4.2. The compliance evaluation is intended to ensure that the government

regulation and other requirements is adhared and implemented by PT. Hafar
Daya Konstruksi in Head Office and Project.

4.3. The the evaluation is the responsibility of the Head of Department/HOD in

charge or other personne assign to do so

4.4. The result of evaluation of government regulation and other requirement

should be submitted by HOD to the appointed secretary and administered
accordingly

4.5. Instruction for fill-up the form:

4.5.1. The name of legal and other requirement.

The column would identify the legal and other requirement which is used in
the company day e to day business which list the title of regulation, number
of regulation, date of regulation issuance and the number of clause of the
company related activity.

4.5.2. Department

The column would be the department affected by the govenrment regulation

and other requirement such Top Management, Safety, Health and
Environment/HSE, QAQC, Engineering, Finance, Procurement., Project
Control, Human Resources Business Development, Proposal etc.....Health
Obyek Pengawasan yang dimaksud dalam instruksi kerja ini adalah hal-hal
terkait pelaksanaan K3L dalam lingkup pekerjaan jasa konstruksi •yang akan
dievaluasi kesesuaiannya dengan peraturan perundangan pemerintah. Satu
obyek pengawasan dapat dievaluasi pelaksanaannya dengan berdasar pada
satu atau lebih peraturan perundangan pemerintah.

4.5.3. Person in Charge

The Head od Department should be the person in charge for evaluation of the
government regulation and other requirement
