RE: Request for Annual Mr. B-Floor & Miss Hall A

Dear Sir/ Madam

The Farquharson Hall Entertainment and Cultural Committee of the University of Technology,
Jamaica is a committee that is dedicated to the entertainment and creating memorable moments
for the stalwarts (students) of Farquharson hall. As such, we are seeking sponsorship from your
establishment in providing prices for Mr. B Floor & Miss Hall A pageant. This is one of our
major events for the academic year which is held in the second semester, it will be held on
February 19th. Its main purpose is to provide entertainment, wholesome personal development
and to build the character of the new students. The pageant allows the resident students to
display their existing talents and unearth new ones whilst boosting their confidence and
preparing them for interactions in the wider society.

The young ladies and gentlemen will be groomed in preparation for the pageant which will be
held on February 19, 2017, where they will use the opportunity to showcase their intelligence as
well as their internal and external beauty.
As the Entertainment and Cultural Coordinator of the participating male hall, I would like to take
this opportunity to ask for assistance from your organization, one that is known to align itself
with the growth of the country. I can give surety in the fact that you will be aiding in the
development of young minds destined to make major contributions to Jamaica. We would
appreciate your company’s donation in the form of a gym membership and any other services
that your organization can provide which would go towards the first, second or third place male
and female contestant.
