CONCLUSION (2A)

In conclusion, the students were able to attest the tests and detected that proteins were
present in each. Also, the students were able to determine specific amino acids in protein and the
different types of proteins.

CONCLUSION (2B)

At the end of the experiment, the students were able to know the effects of protein
denaturation. Also, the students identified how denaturation reagents will greatly affect the protein
samples by chemical or physical factors such as high temperature or unfavorable pH levels.
