Answer:

Dear Jomar,

Here are the verses:

(Psalms 82:1, 6) “I have said, Ye are gods; and all of you are children of the most
High.”

(John 10:34-35) “Jesus answered them, Is it not written in your law, I said, Ye are
gods. If he called them gods, unto whom the word of God came, and the Scripture
cannot be broken…”

(Exodus 7:1) “And the LORD said unto Moses, See, I have made thee a god to
Pharaoh: and Aaron thy brother shall be thy prophet.”

(1 John 5:20) “And we know that the Son of God is come, and hath given us an
understanding, that we may know him that is true, and we are in him that is true,
even in his Son Jesus Christ. This is the true God, and eternal life.”

(John 20:28) “And Thomas answered and said unto him, My Lord and my God.”

(2 Corinthians 4:4) “In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of
them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the
image of God, should shine unto them.”

(Philippians 3:19) “Whose end is destruction, whose God is their belly, and whose
glory is in their shame, who mind earthly things.”

Question #2:

Dear Bro. Eli,

What is the very first commandment of God a sinner should follow if he is going to
follow God to attain salvation?

Jeff

jtiotuico_sc_usa@yahoo.com

Answer:

Dear Jeff

The first thing to do is recorded in Luke 9:23.

“And he said to them all, If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and
take up his cross daily, and follow me.”

Afterwards, you must repent and be baptized (Acts 2:38).

“Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the
name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the
Holy Ghost.”

Then, obey all the commandments of Christ (Matthew 28:19-20.)

“Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father,
and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: Teaching them to observe all things
whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the
end of the world. Amen.”

Continue in it (John 8:31)…

“Then said Jesus to those Jews which believed on him, If ye continue in my word,
then are ye my disciples indeed…”

…until the end (Matthew 10:22).

“And ye shall be hated of all men for my name’s sake: but he that endureth to the
end shall be saved.”

Question #4:

Bakit po pinili ng Dios ang ating mundo upang paglagyan ng kanyang mga nilikha?
(Why did God chose to put his creation on this earth?)

Carissa Suanco

ladyclarizz_014@yahoo.com

Answer:

Dear Carissa,

God did not chose the earth to put man and other creation in it, but He
intended it to be man’s dwelling place in the universe (Acts 17:26).

“And hath made of one blood all nations of men for to dwell on all the face of the
earth, and hath determined the times before appointed, and the bounds of their
habitation…”

For those who think that there may be other place in the known universe that
can be a second home for man, they are utterly wrong! The prepared home for
humanity is another earth that will be forthcoming after the passing away of
the present heaven and earth (Revelation 21:1-2).

“And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth
were passed away; and there was no more sea. And I John saw the holy city, new
Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned
for her husband.”

Question #5

What is your assessment for the bestselling book “Purpose Driven Life”? Would u
recommend it to your members?

Henry Cornejo

adyclarizz_014@yahoo.com
Answer:

Dear Henry,

The Bible is the ONLY book I recommend to members and non-members

alike. (Isaiah 34:16; 2 Timothy 3:15-17).

(Isaiah 34:16) “Seek ye out of the book of the LORD, and read: no one of these
shall fail, none shall want her mate: for my mouth it hath commanded, and his
spirit it hath gathered them.”

(2 Timothy 3:15-17)

“And that from a child thou hast known the holy scriptures, which are able to
make thee wise unto salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus. All
scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof,
for correction, for instruction in righteousness. That the man of God may be
perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works.”

The writing and reading of other books can be tiresome and most of the times
in vain (Ecclesiastes 12:12).

“And further, by these, my son, be admonished: of making many books there is

no end; and much study is a weariness of the flesh.”

The book you mentioned carries with it some wrong thoughts and ideas of the
author; although ordinary people who are not knowledgeable about the whole
truth in the Bible may appreciate it, but I would say, that there are errors in
the idea of the author in some points of the book.

Question #6:

Dear Bro. Eli:

1) What is the Father God’s reason why he born from his womb our Lord Jesus
Christ and he created the 24 elders and the 4 creatures?

2) Are there different changes when you believe and follow the Gospel as a child
of the world or a baptized Christian?

What I mean is good changes in the men of this world and baptized Christians
are different when they both follow the Lord’s Gospel?

3) Why is our Lord Jesus Christ was called Wisdom of God?

Ally of ADD

ally_of_add@yahoo.com

Answer:

Dear Ally of ADD,

He has begotten our Lord Jesus Christ from his being to be His delight; just
like a physical father who wanted to have a child for his delight (Proverbs 8:30;
Matthew 17:5).

(Proverbs 8:30) “Then I was by him, as one brought up with him: and I was daily
his delight, rejoicing always before him…”

(Matthew 17:5) “While he yet spake, behold, a bright cloud overshadowed them:
and behold a voice out of the cloud, which said, This is my beloved Son, in whom
I am well pleased; hear ye him.”

Aside from being the Father’s delight, His Son was intended by God to be the
savior of the world…

(“John 3:16) “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son,
that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.”

(The Acts 4:12) “Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other
name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.”

…by setting an example to sinners to obey God. (1Peter 2:21; Hebrews 5:7-9).

(1 Peter 2:21) “For even hereunto were ye called: because Christ also suffered
for us, leaving us an example, that ye should follow his steps…”

(Hebrews 5:7-9) “Who in the days of his flesh, when he had offered up prayers
and supplications with strong crying and tears unto him that was able to save him
from death, and was heard in that he feared; Though he were a Son, yet learned
he obedience by the things which he suffered; And being made perfect, he became
the author of eternal salvation unto all them that obey him…”

All those that will obey and follow the gospel will all be one. You can not follow
the gospel and at the same time remain a child of the world (John 15:19-20;
Romans 12:1-2).

(John 15:1920) “If ye were of the world, the world would love his own: but
because ye are not of the world, but I have chosen you out of the world, therefore
the world hateth you. Remember the word that I said unto you, The servant is not
greater than his lord. If they have persecuted me, they will also persecute you; if
they have kept my saying, they will keep yours also.”

(Romans 12:1-2) “I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that
ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your
reasonable service. And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by
the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable,
and perfect, will of God.”

If we are real Christians, we have to deny worldly lust.

(Titus 2:11-12) “For the grace of God that bringeth salvation hath appeared to
all men , teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live
soberly, righteously, and godly, in this present world…”
He is called God’s wisdom in the Bible because He was the instrument by
which God created all things that exists. (1 Corinthians 1:24; John 1:1-3;
Psalms 104:24; Luke 11:49).

(1 Corinthians 1:24) “But unto them which are called, both Jews and Greeks,
Christ the power of God, and the wisdom of God.”

(John 1:1-3) “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and
the Word was God. The same was in the beginning with God. All things were
made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made.”

(Psalms 104:24) “O LORD, how manifold are thy works! in wisdom hast thou
made them all: the earth is full of thy riches.”

(Luke 11:49) “Therefore also said the wisdom of God, I will send them prophets
and apostles, and some of them they shall slay and persecute…”
