Motivation to research
(a) Research: I have been researched in my doctoral thesis the chemical beneficiation
of low grade Indian coal by chemical leaching techniques. My broad area of research
on chemical beneficiation of coal or mineral ore.The research aimed to reduce the
mineral matters from the coal by chemical leaching techniques. The low grade coals
are associate with large minerals of both organic and inorganic types. It is difficult to
remove the organic minerals and also some inorganic matters from coal by
conventional physical methods. Therefore, the chemical leaching method is
employed to remove all types of minerals from the coal matrix. Therefore, I aimed to
extent my future research area where I got the position by new method and that
process should low economic and eco-friendly and technically usable.
I will continue my PhD research area on beneficiation of coal by different methods. I will also
continue my post graduate research area of beneficiation other than chemical methods like dry
methods and microbial methods which is safe and avoid wastages and no impact to the
environment.
