Kani’s Method and Draw BMD. The moments of inertias of sections in various
spans are shown in figure.

2. A continuous beam of three spans is shown in figure. The moment of inertia of


members of all he spans are equal. In this beam the support B sinks by 15mm;
E =200kN/mm2 ; I =150x106 mm4. Using Kani’s Method, determine the end
moments and Draw BMD.
