THE BASICS
Congratulations for embarking on the journey to redeem and harmonize your most
important asset: time! We hope you enjoy this special ‘Turtle Time’ edition.
Simple yet elegant in its symmetry and harmony, the 13-Month, 28-Day calendar a.k.a the
13 Moon calendar* synchronizes solar and galactic cycles on July 26th, correlating to the
traditional heliacal rising of the star Sirius. This is the reason why the first day of the
13-Month, 28-Day calendar year (Magnetic Moon-Day 1) coincides with July 26th. For many
ancient peoples, including the Dogon and Egyptians of Africa, and the Maya of Central
America, the great star Sirius (also known as the “Dog Star”), the brightest star in the sky,
was the galactic marker.
The 13 Moon calendar was originally known by the Maya as the Tun Uc, the "moon count" or
"count of seven" (7 x 4 = 28). Note that it takes the moon 28 days to orbit the Earth; it
makes this orbit 13 times each year. The standard of measure is the 28-day cycle, called a
moon, because it is the median between the 29.5-day synodic cycle of the moon (new
moon to new moon) and the 27.3-day sidereal cycle of the moon. Hence, it is a measure of
Earth’s solar orbit using the 28-day lunar standard. This creates a perfect orbital measure
of 13 moons of 28 days, totaling 364 days, or 52 perfect weeks of 7 days each. Because
the 365th day is no day of the moon or week at all, it is known as the “day out of time” - a
day to celebrate peace through culture worldwide.
*The words ‘month’ and ‘moon’ are used interchangably throughout this calendar, as the word month originally derived from the word moon.
HOW TO USE THIS CALENDAR
Just begin!! The 13-Month, 28-Day transitional calendar includes the dates of the Gregorian
calendar in the bottom right-hand corner of each day, as a reference. Find today or look up
your own birthdate. For example, August 16th on the Gregorian calendar is Day 22 of the
Magentic Moon of Purpose (Month 1).
Each of the thirteen months (moons) is coded with a quality, power, and action for personal
and planetary attunement, by which we begin to synchronize our consciousness with the
galactic cycles and creative patterns in Nature. For example, the Magnetic Moon of Purpose
(the quality) has the corresponding power and action, respectively, of Attract + Unify.
Familiarize yourself with the name, power and action for each month and you will connect
at a deeper level with the flow and rhythm of the creative sequence in the 13:28 frequency.
Each month also includes a question for self-reflection. Magnetic Moon asks, “What is my
purpose?” Lunar Moon (Month 2) asks, “What is my challenge?”, Electric Moon (Month 3)
asks, “How can I best serve?”, and so on. Take some time to contemplate these leading
questions throughout each moon and see what emerges for you.
The four weeks of every moon represent each of the four cardinal directions, coded by the
colors red (week 1 - east/initiaties), white (week 2 - north/refines), blue (week 3 -
west/transforms), and yellow (week 4 - south/ ripens), in a counterclockwise direction.
The seven days of the week are named after seven radial plasmas: Dali-day, Seli-day,
Gamma-day, Kali-day, Alpha-day, Limi-day and Silio-day. Plasmas are mixtures of ions
and electrons found in Nature, and are strongly influenced by electric and magnetic fields.
The ionosphere within Earth’s upper atmosphere is, itself, a plasma. These plasmas interact
with, and impact, our own physical bodies and energetic fields, similar to how planet Earth is
being directly impacted by solar plasmas released by the sun.
COSMOMETRY: A WHOLE-SYSTEM
UNIVERSAL APPROACH.
Mathemathics is the language of Nature. At a fundamental level, everything in
creation is governed by the same fractal geometrical structures. Cosmometry is the
study of those fundamental patterns, structures, processes, and principles that are
at the foundation of reality, and the application of this knowledge in the design of
human social and technological systems. This new field of study is helping us to reach
a unified understanding of cosmic coherence to new levels of integration and
wholeness.
By using this calendar, you are consciously participating in a whole-system transformation,
beginning with yourself. The impact may at first be subtle but have no doubt, you are
beginning to reconnect your conscious mind with natural cycles, creative patterns, and
dynamic processes inherent in Nature.
The most BASIC application of this new vision of the cosmos can be seen through its
most elegant and efficient structure: The Vector Equilibrium and the 12+1 model. The
Vector Equilibrium is the most primary geometric energy array in the cosmos, with all

As Key Fact 1 states, “The calendar is the operational system of civilization.” Unfortunately,
the system design of the Gregorian calendar, in use as the civil standard for over 400
years, is flawed, disconnected from Nature, and fails to support meeting the basic needs
for overall wellbeing of planet Earth and most of its inhabitants. Every day, we witness the
increasing entropy and unintended consequences resulting from this incoherent system.
The 13:28 calendar is presented to humanity at this time, so that we might adopt a new
harmonic calendar standard (upgraded opertional system) which also serves as the base
of a whole-system universal approach to reflecting Nature (12+1 model) in our global
systems design so that humanity and society become more coherent, intentional,
and conscious in order to adequately meet needs and address all sectors of human

As stated before, the 13-Month, 28-Day calendar is a calendrical system that has been
used by numerous cultures and civilizations prior to the "ERROR IN TIME": the adoption of an
irregular and inaccurate unit of measure known as the month. All others scientific units of
measure (temperature, distance, size, sound, weight, pressure, etc.) are part of a regular
and logical measurement system.
Since the evolution of consciousness is coordinated by time, the "ERROR IN TIME" is keeping
the human species disconnected from Nature's cycles and trapped in an artificial and
irrational perception of time. We cannot continue to operate by a calendrical model that
fosters entropy and decay.
A new calendar based around Nature's innate operational system (12+1 vector equilibrium)
provides an ideal framework for a new planetary civilization to flourish, as it mirrors Nature
at its central core.
The numbers 13 and 28 are embedded into our biology. The human skeletal system,
providing the structural form for the body to move, is comprised of 13 major joints: 2 ankles

Similarly, the phalanges or finger bones are 14 in number; 3 for each finger, and 2 for the

The human female reproductive system is governed by a menstrual cycle that is an
average of 28 days. This cycle has been disrupted at a mass scale by the irregularity of the
Gregorian calendar. The 13-month calendar re-harmonizes human bio-rhythms with the
cycles of Nature, particularly the menstrual cycle. By re-attuning ourselves to an accurate
timing standard, we are correcting the "ERROR IN TIME", realigning with our own internal
nature, supporting the rebalancement of Earth, and moving in the direction of evolution.

DAY OUT OF TIME PEACE THROUGH CULTURE FESTIVALS
The Day Out of Time marks the last day of the 13-Month, 28-Day calendar year and occurs every July 25th. This is
no day of the week or month at all, but a day to celebrate “Peace through Culture” worldwide. The Banner of Peace is
associated with the 13-month, 28-day calendar peace movement to indicate its cultural foundations, its political

neutrality, and because of the natural, peaceful states of consciousness the 13:28 calendar produces.

THE ROAD TO CALENDAR REFERENDUM 2020 HOW CAN YOU HELP?

1. CHANGE YOUR CALENDAR. As more people switch their minds to
attune to a natural harmonic standard, the underlying basis of practically
everything we know in society will start to change. The more human beings
whose minds and bodies are attuned, the more harmony we will be able to
experience individually and collectively in the world. Changing the calendar
is the Untried Solution.
2. SIGN THE PETITION FOR CALENDAR REFERENDUM 2020. Calendar
Reform is essential to the rights of human beings and Nature, because by
harmonizing with the natural cycles of time we can restore human mental
health and harmony in relation to the ‘circle of life.’ Beyond all ideologies, a
correct measurement of time is a basic unifying factor of a sane and
