Answer :

1) Pregnancy is the time at which one or more children within a women. Multiple
pregnancy in volves more than one offspring, such as with twins.

3) The length of your pregnancy is also affected by how long it takes your baby to
implant when he is pregnant. Fertilized eggs that take longer to implant tend to
have a longer gestationalage from implantation to birth. Normal pregnancy length
can range from 37 weeks to 42 weeks. So you have a five week compilation period
that your baby can arrive at any time and that will be considered normal.

4) EDD or Expected Date of Delivery is the determines whether the fetal size is “right
for date”, wether the pregnancy. It is a method where we calculate the date when
the child will be delivered.
It is calculated by :
Adding 9 months to the month of Last Menstrual Period (LMP) + - 7 days.
5) LMP stands for “Last Menstrual Period” by convention, pregnancies are dated in
weeks starting from the first day of a woman’s Last Menstrual Period (LMP). If her
menstrual periods are regular and ovulation occurs on day 14 of her cycle,
conception takes place about 2 weeks after her LMP.

Midwifes diagnosis involving the changes that occur with pregnancy include :
1. Anxiety related to unexpected pregnancy.
2. Ineffective breathing pattern related to respiratory system changes
of pregnancy.
3. Body image disturbance related to weight gain with pregnancy.
4. Knowledge deficit related to normal chages of pregnancy.
5. Altered nutrition, less than body requirements related to morning sickness.
