AOA,

4. That in case the consultant during the course of recovery proceedings wants to discharge from his
liabilities/duties then in that event this agreement must be cancelled by another written agreement and
in that case the consultant shall not be enabled to claim any amount from the counselee. And this
agreement will be cancelled unconditionally.

5. That in case the consultant withdraws from his liabilities and after that the counselee will succeed to
recover to recover the amount then in that event the consultant shall not be entitled for any
consultancy fee.
