“RESOLVED THAT the consent of the board of directors of the company be and is
hereby authorised to furnish it’s no objection to the application made to the Registrar
of Trademarks at New Delhi, by Ms. Barkha Mittal, (DIN- 03333838) Director of the
Company in her name or any other name and execute all kind of documents
required for registration of the aforesaid trademark”

“FURTHER RESOLVED THAT” the consent of the board of directors of the

company be and is hereby accorded to authorised Ms. Barkha Mittal, (DIN-
03333838) Director of the Company, to trademark application, appearance before
trademark registry and to make representation or any matter relating to the
registration of the Trademark.

“FURTHER RESOLVED THAT” the Company Greenvolution Eco Services Private

Limited, will have no any objection to file the trademark such as GV or Green
Volution in the name of Ms. Barkha Mittal, and the ownership/proprietorship right
of the aforesaid trademark will remain in the name of Ms. Barkha Mittal and the
company shall not claim any of its proprietary rights/ownership rights/intellectual
property rights over the trademarks in the present or future.

“FURTHER RESOLVED THAT” Ms. Barkha Mittal, Director of the company and
applicant of the aforesaid trademark be and is hereby authorized to produce/submit
any document in support of the aforesaid trademark before the registrar of
trademarks, at new delhi at any stage in the proceedings for the registration of the
aforesaid trademark under the trademark application and for this the company will
not have any objection to any kind and will provide the related document at any
stage for registration of the aforesaid mark.
“FURTHER RESOLVED THAT” Ms. Barkha Mittal, the director and authorized
person of the Company authorized to appoint/engage any advocate, counsel, as an
authorized representative on his/her behalf to file prepare, sign and to file
trademark application before the registrar of trademarks, at new delhi appearance
before trademark registry and to make representation or any matter relating to the
registration of the Trademark.
