 Assist day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
 As per the company requirement to post the Job vacancies on standard portals and gather data
from them.
 Responsible to complete all HR Operation activities like drafting and issuance of offer letter,
appointment letter, transfer & promotion letter, termination letter and experience & training
certificates.
 Maintaining all record of Attendance & Leave of the staff members and taking care of Biometric
attendance system.
 Take care of Employee Joining and Exit Formalities and keep file all the Employees records in
physical form as well as softcopy also & Prepare Payroll activities
 Celebration of birthday party, planning of CSR activity in line with HR policy.
 Maintain code of conduct in office with employees.

2. SMS Envocare Ltd. June 2017 to February 2019


HR Executive
 Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties in coordination with Unit Head
and HO
 Maintaining record of Attendance & Leave of the staff members and sending the same to HO
 Taking care of Biometric attendance system.
 Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies). Maintaining all the files and data
base of the employees in closed shelf.
 Taking appropriate steps while resigning by the candidate to serve Notice Period and settlement of
Full & Final Account and provide experience certificate.
 Follow up and maintain all the records and data as advised by the HO
 Regular organization of meeting as advised by Unit Head and maintain MOM
 Maintain discipline and quality of work by all the staff members.
 Coordinate with the team members for their requests regarding human resources issues, rules,
and regulations
 Celebration of birthday party, planning of CSR activity, coordination for e-link news letters etc. in
line with HR policy
 Management of organization structure
 Training for staff members in consultation with Unit Head. Plan for employees development
program.
 Arrangement of offer letter, appointment letter, Conduct initial orientation to newly hired
employee.
 Discussion for performance betterment of employees
 To coordinate for all legal compliances of company in consultation with HO
 Conduct exit interviews to identify reasons for employee resignation or termination.
 Identify staff vacancies and coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews in
consultation with Unit Head. Taking care of recruitment process as advised by Unit Head.

HR & Admin Executive
 As per the company requirement to post the Job on standard portals and gather the data from
them.
 Also refer the standard institute or organization for hiring the talent.
 As per company norms get conducted written test with by Job profile. Prepare the list of
shortlisted candidates and submit the same to Manager HR for final interview.
 Governed complete HR Operation activities like drafting and issuance of offer letter, appointment
letter, transfer & promotion letter, termination letter and experience & training certificates.
 Process the Company ID card and Salary account of employed only.
 Responsible for preparation of various comprehensive MIS trackers like recruitment appointment,
confirmation, transfer, promotion, separation trackers, training charts, annual leave calendar etc.
 Collection of all mobile bills softcopy which are given to required Employees and handover to
account concern for payment.
 Prepare Payroll activities like as ESIC, PF and other statuary compliances.
 Verification of TA/DA bills as per organization norm and by same information, manages the CMS
application for expenses reimbursement on the time of salary preparation.
 Always maintain proper code of conduct of all Employees.
 Facilitating & executing the Automation process and undertook process improvement initiatives.
 Keep file all the Employees records in physical form as well as softcopy also.
 Maintaining various records regarding employees’ leave, e-mail ids, PF details, ESIC, attendance
etc thereby ensuring proper governance and documentation.
