Working effectively with others

(For example, on a group project or with children).

I have the skill of working in a team effectively, i know this because i have previous
experience in working in a team and succeeded and had fun while doing it. I would
describe my previous experiences effective because the whole team got on well
together and had a fun time. Also the team completed the tasks in the given time
frame and presented out pitch well. we all adapted to our roles and co operated in
a team.
Communication
(For example, expressing your ideas, explaining something complicated)

In my opinion I have good communication skills, I would say this because I can
successfully express my ideas to others without confusing them and talk to people
in a way that they would understand. I would say that I present myself as a
confident individual and enthusiastic. I enjoy meeting new people and creating
new bonds. I listen well and take action on what people tell me
Judgement and decision making
(For example, choosing which assignments to do, which information to include in a
project)

I am often told that I am quick at making big choices even when under pressure.
Also i have good research skills for example my assignments, I have to research a
fair amount to complete them.i usually plan ahead and am normally successful.
However i have trouble reaching a conclusion and evaluating my work/progress so
these are skills I need to work on.
Persuading and influencing
(For example, persuading someone to come to a party or accepting your
argument)

personally I feel as though I am good at influencing and negotiating with people to
do what I suggest. most people would agree as they have given up on arguing
with me on multiple occasions. I would say that my communications play a big role
in helping me to express my vision and motivate my fellow team members and
ensure they are determined to help. I don't come across as forceful and show a lot
of empathy for my fellow team members.
Ability to solve problems
(For example, maths assignments, coping when team members don't pull their
weight)

I have the ability to solve problems and feel that I can make good decisions under
pressure and have a fair amount of knowledge in mathematics so I am able to
complete problems that require maths. Also i am very creative which allows me to
use my own methods to complete problems.
Time Management
(For example, ensuring your assignments are done on time)
In the past I have had problems with time management for example last year year
majority of my assignments were handed in late but I have progressed in my time
keeping skills and handed in my assignments on time (the ones that have been
assigned to me) and have started the assignments that are soon to be due.
Use of IT
(For example, word processing a report, using a specialist package to solve a
maths problem)
I have a somewhat understanding of IT. I understand how to make spreadsheets,
reports and powerpoints. Also i know how to advertise products/businesses on
social media or the internet. I know how to do this by learning it from school,
society or experimenting.
Achieving your goals
(For example, getting enough votes to be elected to a role in society)

In my opinion i am a very able young individual. I usually put everything I have in
anything im interested in and love proving people wrong. I enjoy surprising people
and making people eat their words. for example i am interested in boxing and ufc i
have performed some fighting styles and work out often to gain strength and
stamina. I am very determined to reach my goals and incredibly resilient to
anything i put my mind and heart on. I always want more than everyone else and
wish to be the best.
Specialist subject knowledge
I have a lot of knowledge in mathematics and problem solving. I have previously
shown my capability in mathematics in school, gcse’s and in assignments so I am
confident that I am able to solve problems in a short period of time and under
pressure. I have previously used my mathematical skills and problem solving skills
in projects and have used them to do the financial part of the teamwork.

In which skills can you offer plenty of examples where you are using the
skill?
I have used my english literature skills in my assignments and use it on a daily
basis. For example, this document is an example of this skill. I also have shown
my time keeping skills and have handed in the assignments that were due in a
specific time frame.
In which skills do you have no evidence?
I have no evidence of my listening or communication skills however i do have them
asx i have to listen in class to know what i have to do in my assignments and i
have communication skills because i had to present and talk to people at college.
