USING VERBS TO BUILD CUSTOMER SATISFACTION TOOLS

In the survey that was established for the company my sweet candy we
were able to identify what a new brand is, it is making its product known
since in the first question it gives a rating of five if it would recommend
the company, as a second point we can see that the customer I was not
totally satisfied, that is to say, it is time to work more for customer
satisfaction, in the third point the client stressed that the product has a
high quality with this we show that the brand has an advantage in its
manufacture since it likes and is offering it to a good price, in the fourth
point the client says that the product satisfies it but it needs a point to fill
it completely, in the fifth point we see that the customer qualified and
gave us the high quality evaluation that is to say that the company is
focused on knowing if your product for the customer is of good quality
since it asks twice the same characteristics but with a different question,
in the sixth point we qualified to which you are average implying that
there are other companies that offer the same product with the same
quality, at the seventh point we can identify that the questions that have
been asked so far were not what the customer expected to be asked, in
the eighth point we see that in the management indicators it would apply
to the item of the first buyer, in the ninth point we see that it is very
possible that the customer does not buy the brand again and at the last
point it indicates to the company to take out the same product but with
different flavors.
CONCLUSIONS

In this work, I could understand more the importance of knowing which


the irregular verbs to the regular ones are and how they are used in a
text, in the same way the importance that a company has in satisfying
the needs of a client.
