Chronic Fatal

Serious illness: is a health problem with a period of
incapacity for more than three days. It follows a medical
treatment by a health care provider.

Minor illness: is a health problem which is self-limiting. It

does not prevent the person from doing normal activities
for a short period of time.
Chronic illness: an illness which duration is long (3
months or more ) and cannot be cured.

Fatal illness: a medical problem that cannot be cured or

be adequately treated. It is expected to result in the death
of the patient.
