1 Important instruction for safety
This section contains safety instructions that will help protect from risk of personal injury
or property damage.

 This Product can be used by anyone who is involved in using gas stoves for
cooking and has an experience for handling chemical products. Children must
not use the product for playing. Cleaning and Maintenance must not be
performed by children unless they are assisted with an experienced person who
can handle chemicals.

 When dealing with Flammable Chemicals, never place the product on a high
temperature place. Otherwise, the gas will ignite and cause fire on its
surroundings.

3 Installation
3.1 Appropriate Installation Location

 Place the materials for assembling the product on an open area with flat, smooth
surface. Don’t put the materials places which it contains similar colors to the
materials.

3.2 Preparing the Materials

 Group the materials in terms of their size.
 Use pliers to make a hole on the lower left side of the water container and
another hole on the upper right side of the water container.
WARNING: Make sure to use protection when using pliers as it is a
sharp object. Otherwise, it will lead to minor injury such as cuts.

3.3 Assembling the Materials

 Connect three pipes to the T-Shape Pipe connector that will serve as pipe (2),
pipe (3), and pipe (4).
 On the other side of Pipe (2), attach the Ball Valve that will serve as On/Off Valve
(1).
 On the other side of On/Off Valve (1), attach pipe (1).
 On the other side of pipe (1), attach the L-Shape pipe connector that will serve as
outlet (1).
 At the hole located at the upper side of the water container, place the Nasher
and the Nut.
 Connect the other side of the outlet (1) with the Nasher and Nut that is attached
at the water container.
 Place the PVC pipe at the hole located at the lower left of the water container.

7
 Place another Ball Valve at the other side of pipe (4) which will serve as On/Off
Valve (2).
 Connect another pipe on the other side of On/Off valve (2) which will serve as
pipe (5).
 Place the pipe connector that will serve as outlet (2) on the other side of pipe (5).
 On the other side of pipe (3), attach a tire tube valve that will serve as inlet (2).
 Make sure to check the tightness of the attachments. Otherwise, the gas will leak
out.

4 Preparation
4.1 Collecting Waste Materials
 Search for places such as farms, fields, or public places for getting waste
materials.
NOTE: For better efficiency, it is recommended to use manure from animals or
humans.
WARNING: Use face mask or gas mask to protect against the smell of waste
materials as well as its chemicals going out of the waste material.

4.2 Preparing the Waste Materials for Digesting

 Turn the waste materials into liquid form.
 Open the Inlet (1) to transfer the waste materials into the digester.
 Close the Inlet (1) using inlet cover.

5 Operating the Digester

The digester is using the concept of anaerobic digestion. Anaerobic digestion is a
process in which the microorganisms break down the waste materials into a biogas with
the absence of oxygen. Then the product will flow into the pipes. The On/Off Valve (1)
will control the flow of the biogas between the Water container and Tire or between
Water container and outlet (2). If the biogas is not used, the product will be stored in the

8
Tire. If the waste material cannot produce any biogas, it will travel to the outlet pipe and
will become fertilizers.

6 Maintenance and Cleaning

 Check the pipes if there is a clogging when the digester cannot produce any
biogas.
 Change the tire if it is not storing the biogas due to clogging.

Conclusion
In a matter of time the waste materials stored in the biogas digester will produce a
biogas. The product can be stored into the tire and it will be used for cooking as the
biogas is a flammable gas.
