 Prepare files and images needed for

1. Prepare all materials needed. Images

could be drawn or downloaded from
online sources (Please make sure you
properly cite your sources).

2. On your computer, search for ‘pictures’

and click it. Right click, select new and
click folder. Click the new folder, right
click and select rename and type in
folder’s name. Upload all images needed
in the new folder.

Create your PowerPoint presentation

3. Select PowerPoint on your desktop and open it.
4. Select and click blank presentation.

5. Select Insert – Pictures and select the image from folder and click insert.

6. Adjust picture.
7. Insert audio by clicking insert, audio and record pc.

8. Click the red button and start recording voice (using your headset) for description
of picture inserted. Click blue box once recording/dubbing is done.

Click Red circle to start recording Click Blue square to stop recording
9. Captions can be added on the pictures by inserting a text box.

10. For the next slide, click new slide and select blank.

11. Repeat steps 5-10 to finish presentation.

12. Save presentation into an MPEG 4 video by clicking file, save as, this pc,
videos.
