PCP Portal | Quick User Guide – version 4.

This document provides an overview of the new features and changes in version 4.1 of the PCP Portal. It describes how to change the payment
date; set an unpaid transaction to Paid at Clinic; and lists the changes that have been made to the reports.

1. Change Payment Date

Select the new payment date,


for example, 10.

When a transaction which is


marked as Unpaid is subsequently
paid at the clinic and the Paid at
Clinic button is clicked, the Tx
Status will be updated from
Unpaid to Unpaid – Resolved.

3. PCP Status Report


3.1 The PCP Status Report has been updated to include two additional columns; Email and PMS ID/ Chip Number. The Email column
displays the email address of the client, and the PMS ID/Chip Number displays the Pet ID from the clinic’s PMS system.

4. Pet Care Plan Report


4.1 The column Pet Plan has been updated to display the name of the plan which the pet is currently on. Plans that the pet has
previously been on will not be displayed.
4.2 The name of the column Original Plan Start Date has been changed to Current Plan Start Date. This column will now display the
date on which the pet was assigned the current plan.

4.3 A new column Pet Plan Start Date has been added to display the date the pet signed up to the Pet Care Plan.

4.4 The column First Payment Collection has been updated to display different values depending on the scenario. This could be the
first payment amount, regular amount + admin fee, or it could be blank.

4.5 The columns Plan Amount and Outstanding Plan Amount which were in the previous version of this report have been removed
and will no longer be displayed.

4.6 The column Collected Plan Amount has been updated to now display the sum of all transactions with a Tx Status of Paid.

4.7 A new column Email has been added to display the email address of the client, if any.
