SUBJECT : Reminders on NPA Threat Group/Terroristic Attacks,

Counter Measures and Individual Safety and Security

DATE : August 9, 2019

1. Reference: Memo from that Office dated August 9, 2019 with same
subject as above.

2. In connection with the above reference, submitted hereunder is the

actions taken by this Station pertaining to NPA Threat Group/Terroristic Attacks,
Counter Measures and Individual Safety and Security of Personnel to wit;
a. Briefed and advised PNP personnel to conduct Prophylactic Patrol
on interior barangays and coordinate/utilize BPATS and BINs in
monitoring the presence of enemy movement especially at every
boundary of AOR.
b. Established Border Control Check/Choke points on every Boundary
within AOR.
c. Continuous conduct of Simulation Exercises (SIMEX), CEREX,
COMMEX/MARLEX, especially on Station Defense Plan, Dragnet
and/or Response Rehearsal with regards to Security Measures
within AOR.
d. Intel Operatives are continuously conducting counter-intelligence
and monitoring enemy presence and movement within AOR.
e. Reminded PNP personnel to be vigilant, alert and always ready in
performing duty especially during night time.
f. Instructed PNP personnel to implement security measures in
conducting Checkpoint Operation, Oplan Sita/Bakal and Mobile/Foot
Patrolling.
