CERTIFICATION OF SEBA AFTER ELECTIONS


The union which obtained a majority of the Valid Votes
cast shall be SEBA within 5 days from the day of
election provided that no protest is made.

WHEN SEALED BALLOTS BE OPENED?


The sealed envelopes shall be opened ONLY when the
numbers of segregated voters will materially alter the
results of the election.
