Microsoft Outlook is an application that is used mainly to


send and receive emails. Itcan also be used to manage
various types of personal data including calendar
appointments and similar entries, tasks, contacts, and notes.
Microsoft Publisher is a desktop publishing application
from Microsoft, differing from Microsoft Word in that the
emphasis is placed on page layout and design rather than
text composition and proofing.
Microsoft OneNote is a computer program and mobile
program for free-form information gathering and multi-user
collaboration. It gathers users' notes (handwritten or typed),
drawings, screen clippings and audio commentaries. Notes
can be shared with other OneNote users over the Internet or
a network.
MS Word is a popular word-processing program used
primarily for creating documents such as letters, brochures,
learning activities, tests, quizzes and students' homework
assignments. There are many simple but useful features
available in Microsoft Word to make it easier for study and
work.
PowerPoint is a computer program that allows you to create
and show slides to support a presentation. You can combine
text, graphics and multi-media content to create professional
presentations.
Microsoft Excel is a spreadsheet program. That means
it's used to create grids of text, numbers and formulas
specifying calculations. That's extremely valuable for many
businesses, which use it to record expenditures and income,
plan budgets, chart data and succinctly present fiscal results.
