DON'Ts:- Q. What is the life of the sealer over the stone?
A. The life of the sealer is directly proportional to the traffic over the stone and the cleaning practices adopted.
• Wait to clean up spills on stone. Clean up as quickly as possible. Using a acidic or alkaline cleaner over a sealed stone could strip the sealer. Normally it should last for at
least 2 years approx
• Use vinegar, bleach, ammonia, or general purpose cleaners, bathroom cleaners,
or tub and tile cleaners. StoneTech® does not provide any guarantee for the life of the sealer on the stone

• Use abrasive cleaners such as dry cleaners, Acid etc.
• Use alkaline cleaners not specifically formulated for stone.
Q. Can Stone sealers be used on all types of Natural Stones?
A. Yes. It can be used on all types of Natural Stones which are porous in Nature.

Q. Can I use my regular household cleaners to clean the sealed stones?
A. Most cleaners available in the market use a lot of chelating agents and are either alkaline or acidic. These
can react with the protective layer of sealer and can damage it. Hence we would recommend to go in for
cleaners from StoneTech® or just cleaning with water.
Q. What pack sizes of products are available?
A. The products are currently available in 1 gallon, 5 gallon (18 litres) and in 55 gallon (200 litres)

Q. Will applying a StoneTech® sealer on the stone change the feel or colour of my stone?
A. No. StoneTech® sealers will not form a physical coating on the stone and will get absorbed into the pores of
the stone. It will not change the colour or feel of the stone.
