Client is maintaining their accounting data in the SAP. In Fixed Assets Process they have
Creation, Transfer and Disposal processes. They have many plants available across
many cities. For Creation, Transfer and Disposal they are maintaining Input forms with
which we need to validate the input forms format and data from the forms by considering
Description different scenarios. Once it’s done then we need to update the input data into the SAP
application to Create, Transfer and Dispose the assets by using the different transaction
codes and we need to take all the screen shots for the verification purpose and needs to
be saved in Share folder by creating the folder with the plant name and mail should be
sent along with the folder attached.

Client is maintaining data in Data Management System, from which data needs to be
extracted based on certain criteria’s. First, we need to login to DMS and select the
required options from where data needs to be extracted based on different parameters.
Each extracted report should be saved in Input folder. Also, need to extract reports from
SAP using different parameters using FBL1N vendor invoices (Open and Closed) and

saved in input folder. Since, extracted files from DMS are in xls format, need to change
the file formats and open visual studio to run the SSIS package which will integrate the
DMS and SAP data and final data will be stored in local database. Once all the process is
done it will send an email from outlook with the status and log file attached to
Stakeholders.

clients where they send a chasers to the clients to send the required information to process further as per
the business requirements once the data is received from the client further processing is done and data is
compared with the previous data and sends the report to the clients ,Chasers are sent through emails to
the clients to send the data for processing everyday more than 1000 emails are sent and it’s a complex
process which undergoes many stages on daily bases to keep the business live.
