This product is added to DAREXŠ water based die lining sealing compounds prior to use at a rate of
up to 7g per kg of compound. If solid, it should be warmed up until a clear liquid is obtained before
adding to the compound. The mixture should be thoroughly stirred taking care not to introduce air
into the compound.

IMPORTANT ±no more than 7g per kg of NW 25 should be added to compounds. Excess product
can deteriorate the sealing performance of the final dried gasket. DAREXŠ NW 25 Surface Additive
is a solvent based liquid and is therefore classed for shipping purposes as hazardous. DAREXŠ NW
28 Surface Additive is a semi-solid material not classed as hazardous and may be used instead
RI'$5(;Š NW 25 Surface Additive, should a non hazardous material be required for shipping and
handling purposes, subject to the specific application and usage instructions for DAREXŠ NW 28.




NOTE: The correct film weight, curing conditions and proper stirring are vital to achieve the
maximum compound performance. It is recommended that all new applications are submitted to a

Handling & Storage Recommendations

We strongly recommend storing this product in the original closed containers. For optimum
performance this product should be used within 12 months of the manufacturing date. Store under
uniform temperature conditions between 5 and ƒC, avoid wide temperature differentials. Do not
store in direct sunlight.
