Book Review Of “To Kill A Mockingbird”

This story was so exciting and sad. The plot was amazing and how it unfolded. In the
book, Scout explains to Atticus that hurting their reclusive neighbor Boo Radley would
be "sort of like shootin' a mockingbird. This major conflict is the trial of Tom Robinson,
person vs. person. Tom Robinson, an African American is accused of raping Mayella
Ewell the daughter of Bob Ewell. It is a long trial that affects the town and the main
characters greatly. In the end Tom Robinson is found guilty and was killed trying to flee
from jail. A mockingbird symbolizes innocence. So to kill mockingbird means to destroy
the innocence.

Book Review of “Of Mice And Men”

Mice and men was a heartbreaking story. The story was about to african men named
lennie and George. The hardships that they faced and at the end the, the biggest
heartbreak of them all, is when George had to shoot Lennie in the back so he wouldn’t
suffer from the pain of mister Curley.

Animal farm symbolizes a society. Specifically, it represents the Soviet Union during
Communist rule. Animal Farm begins after a revolution, like the Russian Revolution,
and it quickly develops its own form of government and structure. The main point of
animal farm is to criticizes the government.
