good for: focussing on initiating the turn, focussing on independently laterally movements
with front hip ankle and knee. And having a bit fore movement.

steering/rotational exercises:
J-turns
dead stop turns
good for: focussing on closing and finishing the turn by making a steering & rotational
movement with the leading knee hip and shoulder. Will let the rider stay in control and
slowing him down.

pressure/vertical exersises:
edged hops
good for: using a balanced inclination and angulation, focussing on looser ankles and knees
and maintaining a good balance by flexing ankles and knees.

carve adventure exercises:


carves on banks, focus on smooth proggressive range of movement in ankles and
