SIMPLE PRAYERS

Here are some simple prayers for you to say before God.
Now remember, before saying all these prayers to Him,
please channel and focus your mind, heart and soul as
if you are kneeling and talking in front of the Lord.
Just imagine that he is in front of you listening to
your prayers and intentions. Have a nice chat with the
Lord everyone.

PRAYER FOR HOPE

Heavenly father, I am your humble servant,
I come before you today in need of hope.
There are times when I fell helpless,
There are times when I feel weak.
I pray for hope.
I need hope for a better future.
I need hope for a better life.
I need hope for love and kindness.
Some say that the sky is at it's
darkest just before the light.
I pray that this is true, for all seems dark.
I need your light, Lord, in every way.
I pray to be filled with your light from
head to toe. To bask in your glory.
To know that all is right in the world,
as you have planned, and as you want
it to be.
Help me to walk in your light, and live
my life in faith and glory.
In your name I pray, Amen.

PRAYER FOR PROTECTION

Lord God, I pray for Your protection as I begin this
day. You are my hiding place, and under Your wings I
can always find refuge. Protect me from trouble
wherever I go, and keep evil far from me. No matter
where I am, I will look to You as my Protector, the One
Who fights for me every day. Your love and
faithfulness, along with Your goodness and mercy,
surround me daily, so I will not fear whatever might
come against me. My trust is in You, God, and I give
thanks to You for Your love and protection. In Jesus’
name, Amen.

PRAYER FOR HEALING AND STRENGTH

Father, thank you that you sent your Son to bring me
life
Life in the fullness
Life for eternity
Thank you that I share in Christ's resurrection life
That Christ is alive in me
And His Spirit dwells deeply in my being
Right now I receive your healing
I receive the same power that raised Christ from the
grave
I receive Your life
I receive Your strength

Thank you that all things are possible for those who
believe
Thank you that you are moving in me right now
May I continue to receive from you
This hour and every hour.

PRAYER FOR HEALING AND GRACE by Debbie McDaniel

Dear God,
We confess our need for you today. We need your healing
and your grace. We need hope restored. We need to be
reminded that you work on behalf of those you love,
constantly, powerfully, completely. Forgive us for
trying to fix our situations all on our own. Forgive us
for running all different directions and spinning our
wheels to find help, when true help and healing must be
found first in You. Forgive us for forgetting how much
we need you, above everyone and everything else. We
come to you and bring you the places we are hurting.
You see where no one else is able to fully see or
understand. You know the pain we've carried. The
burdens. The cares. You know where we need to be set
free. We ask for your healing and grace to cover every
broken place. Every wound. Every heartache. Thank you
that you are Able to do far more than we could ever
imagine. Thank you for your Mighty Power that acts on
behalf of your children. We reach out to you, and know
that you are restoring and redeeming every place of
difficulty, every battle, for your greater glory. Thank
you that you will never waste our pain and suffering.
We love you. We need you today.

PRAYER FOR FAMILY

Father, I thank you for blessing me with my family. I
ask you to bring us into unity through You. I ask that
anything that is hidden in darkness - to cause disunity
- will be brought to light. I ask You to lead us into
Your perfect truth and help us to be the family You
intend us to be. Lord, help us to be a blessing to one
another and to others. Reveal Yourself to us and let us
come into agreement with You. Lead us in Your ways.
Grant us compassionate hearts, fill us with Your love
that does not keep records of wrong, and bring joy to
our hearts when we think of one another. Bring Your
perfect peace and unity into our family. In Jesus name
I pray, amen.

PRAYER FOR FORGIVENESS

Father, I know that I have broken your laws and my sins
have separated me from you. I am truly sorry, and now I
want to turn away from my past sinful life toward you.
Please forgive me, and help me avoid sinning again. I
believe that your son, Jesus Christ died for my sins,
was resurrected from the dead, is alive, and hears my
prayer. I invite Jesus to become the Lord of my life,
to rule and reign in my heart from this day forward.
Please send your Holy Spirit to help me obey You, and
to do Your will for the rest of my life. In Jesus' name
I pray, Amen.

SHORT WORKDAY PRAYER

Dear God,
I commit this work day to you.
Thank you for this job, my employers and coworkers.
I invite you, Jesus, to be with me today.
May I perform each task with diligence, patience, and
to the best of my ability.
May I serve with integrity and speak with clarity.
May I understand my role and purpose as I contribute
worthily.
Help me to handle each challenge with wisdom.
Lord, please work in me and through me today.
Amen.

A PRAYER FOR SUCCESSFUL WORK

Almighty God, whose hands hold all matters of life,

give me grace of success in the work that I do.
Help me to give it the careful thought and the strict
attention that will lead to success.
Watch over me and govern my actions, that I may not mar
its perfection.
Show me how to give my best, and let me not despise the
toil that is necessary to complete it.
Make my life a successful one, in that every duty you
give to me, I do it well.
Give me the blessing of your help and guidance, and
suffer me not to fail.
