● Using machine learning (ML) for deep personalization in many aspects of the product- including better
match quality, recommended games, show times, pricing, fraud detection, content moderation
● Real-time, scalable, synchronous multiplayer systems
● Live video + non-video broadcasting and engagement systems used by thousands of users per room
concurrently
● Innovations in Augmented Reality (AR) built on top of the video streams to give our users the most fun

● Our backend applications are hosted as containers on self-hosted Kubernetes clusters
● Our application development is on pure native Android using Kotlin and Java
● Games are developed using a mix of Cocos2d and Unity
● Backend Services are built on Go atop Redis (for caching and pub-sub) and Postgresql as our backing DB
● Analytics, Data and ETL pipeline is built on Python over BigQuery and Redshift as Data stores

The product team sits at the confluence of vision, data, intuition, people management, engineering, design, and
most importantly, the users

● Guide products from conception to launch by connecting the technical and business worlds
● Influence and leadership in the organization well beyond the immediate team- engineering, sales, marketing,
support, design, and even finance/legal

How to be a PM 101: Prioritization, speed and problem solving

● Define and prioritize features that will achieve the most business value
● How to set priorities, keep features aligned with goals, and provide clearly defined features for the engineering team
● Communicate the product roadmap and keeping everyone informed of updates
● Launch new products and features, test their performance, and iterate quickly
● How to write PRDs (Product Requirements Documents), how to run sprints
● Be responsible for achieving benchmark product quality
● Identify user needs and product value propositions that resonate with discrete audience segments
● Build a comprehensive and detailed plan for in-app events including sales, limited-time events, and altering configurations for
repeating events
● Directly manage the implementation of events- concept, asset management, configuration, testing & execution
● Work with the live-ops team and supporting teams to ensure we have a robust process to build assets for all events, and that
all assets are created ahead of time
● Own schedule, targets and overall success of promotions and in-app events
Our role in your building your career in Product
Work directly with the Chief Product Officer (CPO) and the CEO

● Design and achieve the corporate vision and goals set by the CEO and board members
● Be responsible for large initiatives and building what will create the most value to the business
● Works closely with creative and prolific engineers, designers, marketers, etc. to help design and develop products that enable
interactive entertainment for Pritam
● Be responsible for guiding products throughout the execution cycle, focusing specifically on analyzing, positioning, packaging,
promoting and tailoring our products to Pritam; get to play with terabytes of data while doing it
● Get first hand exposure to what constitutes good design- UI UX design
● Gain an understanding of developing new products

Our entry level role is Product Analyst. This is where all the magic happens.

● Have a seat at the executive table when discussing strategy

● Communicate the voice of Pritam, and is tasked with achieving customer and market success
● As the customer representative, define user stories and be ready to answer detailed product questions
● Analyze market/competitive landscape, and user requirements in depth
● Become relevant for the next wave of startups working to serve vernacular India
