One day at the Suka Maju Hospital the melati room, the nurse did the work as usual.

Doktor : good morning

Nurse 1&2 : good morning doctor

Doktor : how are our patients at melati one?

Nurse 1 : the patient said he could not sleep because of a fever

Nurse 2 : then we checked her body temperature has been increased doc, aboute 38°C

Doctor : last night, did you have been given paracetamol?

Nurse 1 : yes we did. This morning we checked the body temperature has dropped to 37,2°C

Doctor : ok. Now we go to patient room.

Nurse 1 &2 : ok doc.

(After arrive at the patient room)

Doctor : good morning, what is your name?

Px : good morning doc. My name is putri

Doctor : how are you today Nn. Putri?

Px : yes, I’am great now but I’m fell limp doc.

Doctor : I think you can go home now, but our nurse will observe you for five hours, if there
are no more compliaints, you are allowed to go home.

Mom px : ok doctor. How for the next medication?.

Doctor : I will write the prescription then you can take the medicine at the pharmacy.
After 5 hours of observation, she felt fihe and the body temperature had reached normal.

Nurse 2 : Mom, you can go home, please complate administration and prescription drugs, you
can continue at the pharmacy.

Mom px : ok nurse, thankyou.

Nurse 2 : you are welcome

(AFTER ARRIVED AT THE PHARMACY)

Mom px : excuse me, I want to this medicine. (Show the prescription).

Pharmacy : oh yes, wait a minute

(Five a minute later)

Pharmacy : for vitamins and paracetamol taken three times a day after meals.

Mom px : ok thank you.

Pharmacy : oke. After this you can go to nurse station and tell them if you can go home right now.

Mpm px : oke.

(After arrived at the nurse station).

Mom px : excuse me ners. I was told earliear that now we can go home, administration and
medicine are alredy in me.

Nurse 2 : may I see (the patient’s mother shows the evidence to the hours). Oke after this I
will take the IV.

(After a while the nurse goes to the infustion and cut the bracelet).

Nurse 2 : excuse me, I’ll take the IV drip and cut the patient bracelat.

Px : oh yes please

Nurse 1 : now you can go home then please keep the condition.

Px and mom : thank you ners.

Nurse 1&2 : okay. you are welcome.
