The IT Global Development & Delivery (D&D) organization partners with our businesses and local IT
Business Relationship Managers to build and deploy high value IT solutions that bring new business
capabilities to life. D&D has 4 key functions:
Delivery: Deliver high quality projects, maximizing solution commonality and reusability across
markets
Development: Lead the technical design, build, and quality assurance of all technical
customizations and solution development landscapes
Planning & Testing Services: Deliver release planning, testing, and D&D processes / services /
tools to enable delivery excellence and reduce risk to PepsiCo’s IT landscape
Enterprise First / Design Authority: Build a global digital foundation with harmonized business
processes

We are seeking a Sr SAP Test Analyst responsible to support the implementation and
deployment of the Enterprise First Global template and other projects utilizing the tech hub. It
is a senior tester role to plan, prepare, and execute project testing in SAP project delivery, with
a focus on Enterprise First. Ensure quality testing across all value streams, and execute
responsibilities per project planning, coordinating with core project teams. :

Functional Responsibilities:
Write test cases and E2E test scenarios across at least 2 SAP value streams / modules, eg. (OTC /
PTP, or FIN, of MFG)
Identify and document test data across cases and scenarios as part of preparation
Obtain clarity on business process variation, system design, to define test assets
Identify and create defects and work with Project team including developers to troubleshoot
and help investigate/fix the defect
Review FSD and TD documents to create test assets including data for RICEFW objects
Execute test cases per plan and document the results in Testing tools like ALM/VSTS/Azure
DevOps
Support / coordinate test reporting
Partner with functional / scrum teams to ensure quality test cases
Review test plans, test cases, scenarios produced by team to ensure standards
Raise issues and risks in testing to the test lead / project manager
Review test results with key stakeholders (project manager, test manager, business teams) and
obtain feedback and approval
Guide / coach junior testing resources
Serve as a key point of contact for testing from a methodology, standards, and quality oversight
for key projects
Key Qualifications/Requirements:
10 Years experience in SAP Projects as an SAP Test analyst/Sr. Test analyst. Resource should
have participated in at least 2 full life cycle implementations as the SAP test analyst and
perform the role of testing SME for at least one Process area like OTC or R2R.
Testing experience should span across implementation lifecycle including test planning, Scope
Identification, Test Design, Test Execution, Reporting to the test manager and root cause
analysis of issues in production.
Resource should understand the various roles in project i.e. Release management, Functional,
development , Security and Controls teams.
Should have hands on experience in at least 2 modules from the SAP logistics ( OTC,
MM/IM/WM, PP) or FICO area
Should have experience with test design including developing test cases from requirements or
functional specifications/technical specifications, reviewing the test design with
functional/business stakeholders
Should have experience with test data identification, test execution and defect management
Experience in testing types like Smoke, System, Integration testing, UAT and working with
Performance testing team providing functional support.
Experience in testing integrations with other non-SAP and SAP applications and RICEFW Objects.
Resource should have experience in ALE/EDI/IDOC.
Experience using testing tools like Microfocus ALM, SAP Solution manager, Azure DevOps etc.
