Here is a user management (add, edit, delete, active, inactive etc)

2. Role & privilege management (add, edit, delete, active, inactive etc)

3. Super Admin / Admin can create the user and based on user admin will setup role/permissions.
(add, edit, delete, active, inactive etc)

4. Advance stock inventory management needed. (add, edit, delete etc)

5. Super Admin / Admin can able to add/view/update product and product details and other
materials

6. At the time of the user, the machine will allocate for that particular user/sales boy

7. Orders will be saved as per respective parties along with the specific items and grouping category
like Party wise, Item wise, Group-wise

8. At the time of order purchase, we have to make sure that if one order is placed then with respect
to that order raw materials have to be procured along with the accessories and packing material. So
all of these details will be maintained like whatever raw material, accessories & packing material
purchased, their quantity etc in reference to the relevant order id/invoice number/ transaction
number which is unique as for each and every order.

9. After the order has been successfully purchased then it will be moved to Production and
admin/super admin get a notification via SMS gateway / Mail Notifications

10. When order moved to productions there are three steps which are "Cutting", "Stitching",
"Reading"

11. At the time of cutting:

Whatever items coming into production have to pass through the cutting phase. So items will be
stored on the basis of an item like:( Summer, winter & work wear ) & group (Men, Women, Kids &
Workwear ) and the quantity/ day amount will also get recorded. So it is like for a specific party
there will be a party id and from that party id we will get the order reference and in view, to that
order reference details will be stored item and group wise. And all the details will display in admin
panel and admin/super admin can view all the details from the backend

12. At the time of Stitching:

This is the same thing as cutting. All the details will be stored based on a specific order for a specific
party.

13. At the time of Ready

This section will contain details of the finished product.

14. At the time of Finishing, there are 2 steps ie. Packing and Ironing

15. Last steps which are Logistics and under that logistics sections there will be 2 steps one in Store
and Delivery.

16. In-Store Steps means items ready for delivery are to be maintained item wise like (Summer,
winter & work wear ) & group wise (Men, Women, Kids & Workwear ) in the database.
17. In Delivery steps, goods will be delivered party wise. So for respective orders related to
respective party challans will be created.

***All the above-mentioned point only admin/super admin can able to access it from the backend.
And only sales person can generate the order form sale counter and pass the notifications and based
on the sections admin,

***In all the steps admin/super, admin/section main head user will get a notification via SMS
gateway or Mail notifications.

***When ordered moved to last steps which are delivery steps at that time user will get a
notification via SMS gateway or mail notifications

***After that user will get a tracking number in their mail id and once clicked on that particular link
user will track there order via ONLINE.

***Shipping API need to be implemented.
