ADVERSE CLAIM

I, ADIA P. DONATO, of legal age, single, Filipino, and a resident of San

Isidro, Palanan, Isabela, on oath, hereby depose and state:

1. I am one of the children of Corazon Plata.

2. I have an adverse claim in that certain registered real property covered

by Katibayan ng Orihinal na Titulo Blg. P-78952 issued in the name of VIOLETA
L. SALAZAR consisting of FORTY EIGHT THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED SIX
(48,306) square meters, more or less.

3. The subject property rightfully belongs to us as the Heirs of Corazon

Plata and the late Alfredo Plata being that the property had been in the
possession of our family since time immemorial.

4. Truth be told, the subject property was registered in the name of

VIOLETA L. SALAZAR only because she had in her possession the Tax
Declaration covering the entire property. We had trusted her to fix the papers
when our mother, Corazon Plata, sold only a portion of ONE HECTARE to her. It
came to our surprise when all of a sudden, our entire land that we had grown
up in had been registered in her name.

WHEREFORE, I hereby request the Register of Deeds of Palanan to

register this adverse claim in the manner provided by law.
