PROVISIONAL 1st SELECTION LIST (PART - ‘B’ 40% OF SEAT)

This is a computer generated list based on the data provided by the candidates and
without any scrutiny or verification. The list may change subject to verification of
documents.

The rank in the provisional Selection list is not the final rank (based on the data provided
by the candidates). Mere fulfillment of eligibility criteria does not guarantee admission in a
programme. Applicants must satisfy themselves about their eligibilities as prescribed .

All the candidates who have provisionally selected for admission (based on the data
provided by the candidates), if found at a later stage, not eligible to that specified
course(s) as prescribed; his/her selection will be treated as cancelled.

All the provisionally selected candidates should appear in person, at the time of
submission of documents for verification on the notified dates.

The following List of documents duly signed by the candidate in all pages are to be
submitted at the time of verification failing which his / her claim for admission will be
treated as cancelled.

1. A hard copy of the online generated application form with e-receipt of Application
Fee downloaded from system
2. Self attested photocopies Mark sheet & Certificates from Class X onwards along
with all originals mark sheets & certificates for verification
3. Proof of Date of Birth and Age - self attested photocopies of Class X admit card &
mark sheet is required containing the Date of Birth
4. Self attested photocopies of SC/ST/OBC-A/OBC-B/PWD candidate (if applicable)
along with original for verification
5. The physically disabled candidate, who have submitted their applications, must bring
the necessary certificates issued by the Government of West Bengal at the time of
verification for consideration. SC/ST/OBC-A/OBC-B candidate (if applicable) along
with original Caste certificate for verification issued by Government of West Bengal.
6. Copy of Aadhaar card
7. Candidate must bring Acknowledgement Receipt & Hall Ticket from System for
receipt of documents.
8. The University reserves the right to withdraw the admission in case candidates
DOES NOT fulfill minimum qualification / required percentage or marks in
qualifying examination or supplies any false information, as the case may be.

SC category Candidates are requested to see ST lists also.

AFTER SUCCESSFUL VERIFICATION OF Documents Candidates have to take

admission in the Respective Campus Secretary Offices and respective Colleges.
