This is to respectfully request a non-quota immigrant visa under Section 13, paragraph A of the Philippine Immigration Act, as amended, in favor of Randy Thomas.
I, Randy Thomas, the applicant, and a citizen of the United States of America, and Helen Ubatay Reyes, the petitioner, and a resident Filipino citizen, would like to apply for the amendment from provisionary to permanent non-quota immigrant visa by marriage.
We were married in the Philippines on October 10, 2018 and we are both residents of the City of San Fernando Pampanga.

2. The spouses’ PSA-issued Marriage Certificate; 3. Photocopies of the pertinent pages of the applicant’s passport: a) bio-page; b) page/s showing: b1. his immigration admission and its extension/s; 4. Duly accomplished CGAF-001-Rev 1; 5. Valid National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) Clearance; 6. Bureau of Immigration (BI) Clearance Certificate;
