# Introduction
Transportation is the transfer of people or goods by using
vehicle driven by humans or machines. Transportation is used for
make it easy for humans to carry out daily activities. Many experts have
consecrate and express the notion of transportation. ( Ardiansyah,2015)

Indonesia's transportation development is currently focused on development on

land. This is reasonable because the road conditions on land are quite alarming.
Indonesia has a road length of 300,000 km but decent road conditions are only 60%,
while others are in a condition of mild and severe damage (Susantono, 2004).

According to Miro (2005) transportation can be interpreted as an attempt to move,

reduceakkan, transport, or transfer an object from one place to another, where in
other places the object is more useful or can be useful
for certain purposes. Whereas according to Nasution (2008) is as the transfer of
goods and humans from the place of origin to the destination. So the meaning of
transportation means a process, namely the process of transfer, the process of
movement, the process of transporting, and diverting where this process can not be
separated from the need for supporting tools to ensure smooth transfer process

competition between companies transportation is getting higher for make

consumers feel satisfied with transportation services provided.

as in conventional transportation. Simply by ordering in the application, the driver
