ODIN ENERGY has successfully developed the "ODIN", a
Korea
new concept high efficiency wind power generation
system, resolving the limitation and problems of existing
wind power generators after many years of R&D.

The 'ODIN' is a system generating power using the

pressure difference of wind, resulting over 4 times of
power generation efficiency in comparison with the
conventional wind power generation methods. The 'ODIN'
has a stacking structured tower shape, providing high
operating rate with the required installation area reduced
to approximately 1/80 versus existing wind power
generating systems. The 'ODIN' makes no noise and
vibration provided with stable construction allowing
installation on top of building or in downtown areas.

Unlike those existing wind power generation systems, the

'ODIN' is able to generate electricity with stability even
at low wind speed of 3.5M/S or high velocity wind over
25M/S.

Currently, the 'ODIN' has completed the verification of technologies
applied at the Moseulpo, Jeju-do accompanied with the filing of design
& technology patents and the commercialization just around the corner.
In the forthcoming days as well, the ODIN ENERGY is committed to
strive further making ceaseless challenge to the evolutionary growth of
new renewable energy industry, and be a leading enterprise in the 3rd
industrial revolution.

Q. Can you tell us your primary principle pursued as a management of an

enterprise?

A. The principle I strive to observe is to make & lead the restoration of

global environment and economic growth through distribution of

innovative renewable energy to combat climate changes the whole world
faces.

Q. What is the primary goal to achieve?

A. It is our goal grow as a global company by promoting variety of ODIN

ENERGY business models to the markets in home and abroad.

Q. What made your company enter into the overseas market ?

A. We truly believe that the 'ODIN' was a product of technologies suitable

for downtowns, buildings, islands & remote areas where the existing wind

& solar power systems could not take care of due to technical and
environmental reasons, and it is within our vision to combat climate
change and global warming with our technology and be a pioneer in this
good cause.

Q. Can you tell us any of your company's overseas market entry references?

A. We concluded a USD 8.67milion contract to construct the state-of-the

art facility of city hall and observation platform combined with the
Catbalogan City, Philippines in 2016, and are under negotiation processes
to begin construction in 2018. We’ve concluded MOAs and joint venture
agreements with the governments and corporations in 12 countries.

Q. What was the major obstacles in making overseas market entry, and how

did your company take care of such obstacles?

A. The making entry to renewable energy market is very much interlocked

with the new renewable energy policies and systems of concerned
countries, and it takes long time for them to adapt such policies.
Therefore, we have been promoting those business models allowing
value-added earnings such as observation deck, electric vehicle charging
stations, etc. as a prototype project which will yield sound economics.

Q. Do you have major certifications or any record of awarding prizes?

A. The ODIN ENERGY acquired the CE certification on turbine in 2015, and

was certified with the Jeju Energy Corporation, a government certification
authority, in 2017 for Capacity Factor and Noise Measurement.

Q. What are the major features and advantages of your technologies?

A. The 'ODIN' is a convergence wind tower power generating system with a

cylindrical wind tower installed with the wind turbine stacked at the center
of each floor converting the turbulent wind flow to laminar flow and
increasing the wind velocity, with the substantially improved power
generating rate(over 4 times).

Q. Can you tell us about the differentiated corporate competitiveness, if any?

A. 'ODIN' was recognized as a leader in new renewable energy industry and

designated as an Excellent Korean Technologies by the Ministry of
Science and ICT. We have been enjoying the active promotion & support
from those developing countries, concerned public officials of
NDE(National Designate & Entry) and relevant government energy
departments, and secured the first-in the world technologies sponsored
by the Strategic IP-R&D Support Program of Korean Intellectual

Property Office completing the registration of 6 technology patents in
Korea and filing in 46 foreign countries. The 'ODIN' Technology is an
unique, unchallengeable technology with no competitors in home &
abroad.
§ Business Model - 'ODIN' is applicable to the diverse business
models as a new energy industry technology creating synergy
with the electric vehicle charging stations, observation deck,
smartcity, zero energy buildings, power transmission towers,
micro-grid systems & others, as combined with the ICT.

Q. What would you like to request & comment for the environment industry

enterprises?

A. The ‘ODIN', an original new renewable energy technology of Korea, is a

technology applicable to entire industries with tremendous positive effect
allowing the creation of $1 trillion market. I hope many of the
enterprises concerned with current environmental hazards to join with
'ODIN' technology as it will surely offer a new growth stimulant for
those companies seeking to expand their business arenas currently has
the core technologies in IT, solar power, ESS, architectural materials,
construction, automobile, electric & electronics industries.
