Receptionist : morning, can i help you sir ?
Patient 1 : I want to see dentist Ghina, is she coming today?
Receptionist : oh yeah she’s coming today, i will give you a queue number and you can wait few
minute
Patient 1 : ok, thank you

(Patient called by Receptionist and will see doctor Ghina)
Patient 1 : Hi, Doctor
Dentist : Hi Mr. Dana how are you ?
Patient 1 : I’m good but I experienced some gum pain. So, I think it’s the time to see you
Dentist : Well, we’ll take a look. Please lie down and open your mouth… wider, please.
Okay, that’s good
Patient 1 : So, what’s going on?
Dentist : There is some inflammation
Patient 1 : Is this bad news?
Dentist : No. Not at all. We just need to do a set of X-rays
Patient 1 : can you explain why I need to do it?
Dentist : We need to do it to identify tooth decay and check for decay between the teeth.
And I see you may have a few cavities as well
Patient 1 : Ok well, let’s do it
Dentist : That’s all. Everything looks good. I don’t see any evidence of further decay may
build. I just need to fill and take care of the cavities and then we’ll clean your teeth

Patient 2 : i want to replace my dentures
Receptionist : oh yeah, this is your queue number mam. Please wait a minutes
Patient 2 : ok, thank you

Nurse : good morning, can i help you mam ?
Patient 2 : morning, i want to replace my dentures sus
Nurse : i’m sorry before, what’s your name mam ?
Patient 2 : I’m Leza sus
Nurse : do you have any problem with your gum ? let me check your gum
Patient 2 : oh sure sus
Nurse : it’s done, please follow me to see your dentist

Patient 2 : yes doc, i just want to replace my dentures
Dentist : oh yeah, if like that let we start. Nurse please prepare the tool, and mam please lie

Patient 2 : yes doc
Nurse : please put in here
Dentist : ok i will start to fit your new dentures for your gum mam, maybe you will feel little
pain
