Our financial reward plan compensates Independent Business Owners


in 8 different ways. You can be paid:

1. Direct Sales Bonuses


When your personally enrolled IBOs or Customers purchase
a subscription from MELiUS.

2. Indirect Sales Bonuses


When the personally enrolled IBOs or Customers of your personally
enrolled IBOs purchase a subscription from MELiUS.

3. Team Bonuses
To reward your efforts and the contributions of your binary upline and
your binary downline for helping you to build an organization of
productive Independent Business Owners.

4. Matching Team Bonuses


As a percentage of the Team Bonuses earned by all of the Independent
Business Owners in your Enrollment Tree Downline.

5. Vice President Pool Bonuses


Funded with a discretionary percentage of the company’s weekly
Commissionable Volume (CV) to reward Independent Business Owners
who are paid at the rank of Executive and higher.

6. Ambassador Pool Bonuses


Funded with a discretionary percentage of the company’s weekly
Commissionable Volume (CV) to reward Independent Business Owners
who are paid at the rank of Crown Ambassador and above.

7. Residual Income
MELiUS offers a subscription service which lets IBO get paid each time
the customer renews. This bonus is a combination of the other valuable
rewards over time.

Participate in our online community forums and share your insights on
different topics to earn rewards, receive monthly recognition and
incentives, holidays, etc.

Commissions and bonuses are paid weekly. Each weekly commission period
begins at 12:00am on Saturday morning and ends at 11:59pm on Friday
evening, UK time. Weekly commission runs will be performed on Tuesday for
the week ending on the Friday 11 days earlier.

IBOs are paid weekly on Fridays for the week ending 14 days earlier.

The MELiUS opportunity isn’t one size fits all. You are in control of your future.
You get to decide how large your business will become. The greater your
efforts, the greater your rewards!

Becoming An Independent
Business Owner (IBO)
Joining MELiUS as an Independent Business Owner is easy and affordable.

The enrollment fee is $45 which includes a personal replicated website


and back office access to manage your business.

When you as a Customer have a personal active subscription this month and
two or more of your personally enrolled Customers also have active personal
subscriptions, next month your subscription will be FREE when the price of
your subscription is equal to or less than the average price of the highest
prices of the subscriptions of your personally enrolled Customers.

If the price of your subscription is more than the average price of the highest
prices of the subscriptions of your personally enrolled Customers, your
subscription will be discounted by the average price of the highest prices of
the subscriptions of your personally enrolled Customers.

Your personal subscription does not count as one of the two.

About Commissionable Volume (CV)

Each subscription fee paid generates Commissionable Volume (CV)


points. CV is the basis upon which compensation is earned.

IBO license fee of $45 and free subscriptions do not generate CV, so they are
not commissionable.

About Personal Qualified Volume (PQV)


While free subscriptions do not generate CV, they do generate PQV. This means
that free subscriptions are counted towards your personal qualified requirements.

Your Personal Qualified Volume (PQV) includes your personal purchases only.

(The purchases of your personal Customers who are not Independent Business
Owners themselves will count towards your Personal Volume (PV) which will
generate CV.)

Binary Hybrid Financial Reward Plan


MELiUS has a binary hybrid financial reward plan.

When you enroll as an Independent Business Owner, you will be placed into two
organizational structures. We call them a binary downline and an enrollment tree
downline.

Binary Downline
In the binary downline, each Independent Business Owner can have two legs or
teams, a left team and a right team.

Similarly, each Independent Business Owner is a left-side (L) or a right-side (R)


Independent Business Owner. The side corresponds to the spot occupied by the
Independent Business Owner relative to the first upline Independent Business
Owner.

In this binary this structure, there are only two positions under each IBO.

The person who introduced you to MELiUS income opportunity is your enrolling
sponsor. As a new Independent Business Owner (IBO), you will be placed into the
left leg or right leg of your sponsor’s binary downline.

As you sponsor others (as your enrolling sponsor sponsored you), you will
build two teams, a left and a right. A team includes the one Independent
Business Owner at the top of your left or right team and all of the
Independent Business Owners placed below that person.

Together, both teams are your “binary downline”. When you personally enroll
an Independent Business Owner, he or she will be placed into your left or
your right team.

Your enrolling recruiter and others above him or her are your “binary upline”.
Your binary upline may also place people into your organization.

As you build your organization, you will be helping others to build theirs, just
as your binary upline may help to build your organization if they place
Independent Business Owners into it.

Commissions and bonuses are paid upon Commissionable Volume, which is


generated when Independent Business Owners and their Customers pay
subscription fees or purchase products and services from MELiUS.
Commissionable Volume generated from one Independent Business Owner
benefits that Independent Business Owner and all binary upline Independent
Business Owners through the two-team structure.

The two-team structure is very powerful. It encourages cooperative team


building and provides great rewards for both new and established
Independent Business Owners.

The Commissionable Volume from your Customers who are not IBOs counts,
too! CV generated from sales to the Customers of an Independent Business
Owner will be credited to your team leg into which the Customer was
enrolled, just as the CV of IBOs is credited. This will happen automatically.

The MELiUS Financial Reward Plan compensates Independent Business


Owners who generate Commissionable Volume from sales to Customers and
personal consumption while enrolling others to become Independent
Business Owners and teaching them to do the same thing.

Team Bonuses are paid through the two-team binary downline structure.

To help keep volumes balanced, Independent Business Owners should enroll


new Independent Business Owners and Customers into both of their teams.
As needed to strengthen the smaller volume team, an Independent Business
Owner should place additional newly enrolled Independent Business Owners
and Customers into his smaller volume team.

Enrollment Tree Structure

In addition to the binary downline, each Independent Business Owner also


has an enrollment tree downline. Your enrollment tree downline is not
limited to two legs. In your enrollment tree downline, each Independent
Business Owner you enroll is placed into your first level, and each
Independent Business Owner that your first level Independent Business
Owner’s enroll is placed into your second level.

Direct Sales Bonuses, Indirect Sales Bonuses, and Matching Team


Bonuses are paid through the enrollment tree structure.

MELiUS believes that everyone should be able to purchase its subscriptions at
the best prices, so that is why Independent Business Owners and Customers
pay the same subscription fees.

Customers Are Good For Business


Whether you as an Independent Business Owner enroll a newcomer as an
Independent Business Owner like yourself or as a Customer without the
income opportunity, your compensation upon their volume is equally good.
With us, having Customers who are not Independent Business Owners is
encouraged and rewarded, because Customers are good for business.

Active
When you as an IBO have paid for a personal subscription or you have a
Customer who is not an IBO who has paid for a personal subscription with the
current or previous 4 weekly commission periods, you are Active.

Active IBOs are eligible to earn Direct Sales Bonuses and Indirect Sales
Bonuses.

Inactive
When you are Inactive, no Team Bonus compensation will be earned and no
unpaid volumes will accumulate to be paid upon in future weeks.

Binary Qualified
You are binary qualified when you…

1. are Active
2. have 50 PV or PQV within the current or previous four consecutive weekly
periods
3. have two personally enrolled Active IBOs, one in your left leg and one in your
right leg of the binary structure

Binary qualified IBOs are eligible to earn Team Bonuses. Based upon their
paid-as ranks, they may also be eligible to earn Matching Team Bonuses, Vice
President Pool Bonuses and/or Ambassador Pool Bonuses.

8 Ways To Get Paid

1. Direct Sales Bonuses


When you are Active and have a personally enrolled IBO or Customer who
pays for a subscription, you will learn a 20% Direct Sales Bonus upon the CV
of the subscription fee.

2. Indirect Sales Bonuses


When you are an active ETT and your personally enrolled IBO has a
personally enrolled IBO who pays for a subscription, you will earn a 10%
Indirect Sales Bonus upon the CV of the subscription fee.

3. Team Bonuses
When you are Binary Qualified and paid at the rank of ETT or higher, you
can earn Team Bonuses weekly that are based on the accumulated volume
of your smaller leg, subject to the income limits for Team Bonuses per paid-
as rank. See the chart below for details.

A leg’s accumulated volume is the sum of the unpaid CV carried forward


from last week and the new CV generated from sales to your personally
enrolled Customers and the Independent Business Owners and their
Customers credited to that leg this week.

When a Team Bonus is paid, the volume upon which it is paid is subtracted
from the accumulated volume in each of your two legs of the binary
structure.

Example of Team Bonuses

In the example above, you would earn $50 on your Smaller Leg Volume
(SLV) of 500 points. Your SLV is your leg that contains more volume than
your other leg.

When you are paid Team Bonuses, 500 points is subtracted from your leg
left and 500 points is subtracted from your right leg. Using the example
above, you would begin the next week with 0 points in your left leg and 100
points in your right leg.

As long as you are Active, the unpaid volume in each of your two legs will
roll forward from one week to the next, so you may get paid upon it in
future weeks.

Exceptions:

• When you are Inactive, all of the unpaid volume in each of your two legs
will expire and no new volumes will accumulate.
• Unpaid volume that is 26 weeks old will expire due to its age and will not
roll forward to the next week.
• When the Team Bonuses exceed the maximum for one’s paid-as rank, the
excess volume not paid upon will not roll forward to the next week.

To help keep volumes balanced, IBOs should enroll new IBOs and
customers into both legs. As needed to strengthen the smaller volume leg,
an IBO should place additional newly enrolled IBOs and customers into his
or her smaller volume leg.

4. Matching Team Bonus


When you are Bonus Qualified with a paid-as rank of Director (D) are above,
you are eligible to earn Matching Team Bonuses as a percentage of the
Team Bonuses earned by all of the IBOs in your enrollment tree downline.

Matching Team Bonuses are calculated using two measurements. The first
measurement is 10% of all of the Team Bonus earnings of all of the IBOs in
your enrollment tree downline.

The second measurement calculates your maximum Team Bonuses, which is


a percentage of your personal Team Bonuses that varies based upon your
paid-as rank.

Each month that you are Bonus Qualified and paid-as a Director or higher,
your Matching Team Bonuses are the smaller of the two measurements.

5. Vice President Pool Bonuses


Each month, a discretionary percentage of the Commissionable Volume
generated from all commissionable orders placed by IBOs and their
Customers will be placed into our vice president Bonus Pool.

Bonus qualified IBOs who are paid-as VP or higher are each qualified to earn
one share of this pool.

6. Ambassador Pool Bonuses


When you are paid as an Ambassador or higher, you will also be qualified to
earn from the Ambassador Pool.

How This Pool Works

Each of your enrollment downline legs begins with a personally enrolled IBO
and includes all of the IBOs and customers personally enrolled by that IBO
and his or her personally enrolled IBOs and customers, all the way down the
leg.

Your Adjusted Enrollment Tree comissionable Volume (AETCV) is the sum of


your Personal Qualified Volume and the Personal Qualified Volume of all of
the IBOs in your Enrollment Tree Downline, with the limitation that no more
than 50% of your paid-as rank requirement can be counted from any one
enrollment tree leg.

For each point of your AETCV, you will earn one point in this pool.

The total number of points in the pool is the sum of all the points earned by
all participants. Monthly, the amount in each pool will be divided by the
total number of points earned to obtain the value of each points. Each
month, all pool participants are then paid the value of his or her points.

7. Residual Income

MELiUS offers a subscription service which lets IBO get paid each time the
customer renews. This bonus is a combination of the other valuable rewards
over time.

So, when you encourage your downline and customers to see the benefits of
a longer subscription, the more value you'll get out of it.

When you participate in our online community forums and share your
insights on different topics you've learned through our courses, you can
earn rewards, receive monthly recognition and incentives, holidays, etc.

To begin, you’ll join us as MELiUS Independent Business Owner. To


join, all you need to do is…

You will be an Active IBO when you have 50 PV/PQV within the

2. Executive Team Trainer (ETT)

When in the same month you…

• are Active with 50 points of Personal Volume (PV) or Personal


Qualified Volume (PQV) within the current and previous four
commission weeks

• have two personally enrolled Active IBOs, one in your left leg and one
in your right leg of the binary structure
you will be promoted to Executive Team Trainer (ETT)

Note that you earn team commission only after you become an ETT.
Means, any volume that you generate on your binary or weaker leg
before you became ETT will not count towards your team commission
volume.

Example: You sponsor Mark and Jade on the left and right, each
purchase a $450 package; you will earn direct sales of 20%. However,
note that you will not earn team commission from these two initial
sponsors (Mark and Jade).

Executive Team Trainer (ETT) may earn

• 20% Direct Sales Bonuses


• 10% Indirect Sales Bonuses
• 10% Team Bonuses, up to $2,000 per week

3. Executive Team Leader (ETL)

When in the same month you…

• are Active
• have 50 points of Personal Volume (PV) or Personal Qualified Volume

• have 1500 points of Smaller Leg Volume (SLV)* in the current month

After you are promoted to ETL you’ll be paid as a Senior IBO when
you meet the same requirements.

After you are promoted to SED, you’ll be paid as an SED when you
meet the same requirements.

• Up to $60,000 per week in Team Bonuses

Ranks Maintenance

Active IBOs who do not meet the maintenance requirements for their
ranks will be paid at the highest rank for which requirements have been

Definitions
Active Status
An Independent Business Owner (IBO) is Active when he or she has 50
PV or PQV within the current or previous four weekly commission
periods. Active IBOs are eligible to earn Direct Sales Bonuses and
Indirect Sales Bonuses.

Accumulated Left Leg Volume (ALLV is the total of all points


credited to an IBO from the personal CV of all IBOs in his left leg during
a single month plus the unpaid left leg volume carried forward from the
previous month.

Accumulated Right Leg Volume (ARLV is the total of all


points credited to an IBO from the personal CV of all IBOs in his right
leg during a single month plus the unpaid right leg volume carried
forward from the previous month.

Active Subscription
An Active subscription is a subscription for which a subscription fee
was paid or earned through the Refer 2, Get Yours Free program
within the current commission month or the previous four
consecutive commission weeks.

Adjusted Enrollment Tree commissionable Volume (AETCV


AETCV is the sum of an IBO’s Personal Qualified Volume and
the Personal Qualified Volume of all IBO’s in his Enrollment Tree
Downline, with the limitation that no more than 50% of the
IBO’s paid-as title requirement can be counted from any one
enrollment tree leg.

Aging of Commissionable Volume


Unpaid Left Leg Volume and Unpaid Right Leg Volume that is 2weeks
old will be removed from the system due to its age.

BinaryDownline
Binary downline is a term used to describe all of the
Independent Business Owners in the two teams of an Independent
Business Owner. Your binary downline includes the Independent
Business Owners and customers that you have enrolled, all of
the Independent Business Owners and customers enrolled by
them, etc., as well as Independent Business Owners and customers
enrolled by binary upline Independent Business Owners who are
placed into your two teams.

BinaryQualified
Binary Qualified is the term used to describe an IBO who (a) is Active;
(b) has 50 PV or PQV within the current or previous four consecutive
weekly periods; and (c) has two personally enrolled Active IBOs, one
in one’s left leg and one in one’s right leg of the binary structure.
Binary Qualified IBOs may be eligible to earn Team Bonuses. Binary
Qualified IBOs may also be eligible to earn Matching Team Bonuses,
Executive Bonus Pool Bonuses, and Crown Ambassador Pool
Bonuses.

Binary Upline
Binary upline is a term used to describe a group of people in the binary
structure that includes the immediate sponsor of an Independent
Business Owner in the binary structure, his immediate sponsor, and all
of the people in the upline of the binary structure.

Commissionable Volume(CV)
CV is generated by the purchase of paid subscriptions by IBOs and
customers. CV is the basis upon which compensation is earned. The
CV of a subscription fee is set at 100% of price paid. Free subscriptions,
enrollment fees, subscription activation fees, sales aids, shipping and
handling, and sales taxes do not generate Commissionable Volume.

Enrolling Sponsor
The term given to an Independent Business Owner who introduces the
opportunity to a new IBO or a new Customer. The enrolling sponsor is
identified as such on the application of the new Independent Business
Owner.

Enrollment Tree Downline


Enrollment Tree Downline is a term used to describe the IBOs and
customers personally sponsored by an IBO and all of the IBOs and
customers sponsored by them, etc. Your Enrollment Tree Downline
excludes Independent Business Owners and customers enrolled by
your binary upline Independent Business Owners.

Enrollment Tree Leg


An Enrollment Tree Leg includes a personally enrolled IBO and all of his
or her Enrollment Tree Downline IBOs and customers.

Enrollment Tree Sales Volume (ETSV)


ETSV is the sum of an IBO’s Personal Qualified Volume and the
Personal Qualified Volume of all IBO’s in his Enrollment Tree Downline.

Enrollment Tree Upline


Enrollment Tree Upline is a term used to describe the IBO who is the
sponsor of the IBO, his/her sponsor, and all of the sponsors of these
sponsors in the Enrollment Tree until reaching the top of the
genealogy, the company.

Expiring ULLV and URLV


Unpaid Left Leg Volume and Unpaid Right Leg Volume that is 26 weeks
old will flush as one of the last steps in the weekly commission run.

Inactive
Inactive is the term used to describe an IBO who is not Active.

Left Leg Volume (LLV)


LLV is the total of all CV credited to an IBO from the new PV or PQV of
all IBOs in his left leg of the binary structure and all CV from personal
Customer orders that were credited to one’s left leg during a single
week.

Leg–Enrollment Tree Downline


A leg in the enrollment tree downline begins with a personally enrolled
Independent Business Owner and includes all of his or her personally
enrolled Independent Business Owners and customers and their
personally enrolled Independent Business Owners and customers,
etc. If an Independent Business Owner has personally enrolled three
Independent Business Owners or customers, he or she will have three
legs.

Matching Team Bonuses


Matching Team Bonuses are paid as percentages of Team Bonuses
earned by all of the Independent Business Owners in one’s enrollment
downline structure.

Original Sponsor
The sponsor at the time an Independent Business Owner was entered
into the computer.

Paid-As Enrollment TreeLeg


A Paid-As Enrollment Tree Leg is an Enrollment Tree Leg that contains
an IBO who is paid at the rank of the type of leg, or higher. For
example, a Paid-As Director Enrollment Tree this week contains an IBO
who is paid at the rank of Director or higher this week.

Paid-As Rank
While an Independent Business Owner may have earned a higher rank,
his or her paid-as rank is the highest rank for which an Independent
Business Owner is qualified. The paid-as rank may be the same as or
lower than the Independent Business Owner’s highest ever achieved
rank. Each Independent Business Owners is paid based on his or her
paid-as rank.

Personal Volume (PV is the sum of CV credited to an IBO in a weekly


commission period from orders placed by the IBO and his or her
personally sponsored Customers who are not IBOs.

Personal Qualified Volume (PQV) is the sum of QV credited to an IBO


in a weekly commission period. While free subscriptions do not
generate CV, they do generate PQV. This means that free subscriptions
are counted towards your personal qualified requirements.

Personally Enrolled
The sponsor who is identified on the application of a new recruit
personally enrolls the new recruit.

Personally Sponsored
An Independent Business Owner is personally sponsored by his
current sponsor

Rank
Each Independent Business Owner has a rank. A rank signifies the
highest position attained in MELiUS Financial Reward Plan. The rank for
which the Independent Business Owner qualifies each month (his or
her paid-as rank determines the eligibility for bonuses in MELiUS
Financial Reward Plan.

Right Leg Volume (RLV)


RLV is the total of all CV credited to an IBO from the new PV or PQV of all
IBOs in his right leg of the binary structure and all CV from personal
Customer orders that were credited to one’s right leg during a single
week.

Qualified Volume (QV)


QV is generated by the purchase of a subscription by an IBO or a
customer. QV is the measurement upon which rank qualifications and
activity requirements are measured. Enrollment fees, subscription
activation fees, sales aids, shipping and handling, and sales taxes do not
generate Qualified Volume. While a free subscription does not generate
Commissionable Volume (CV), it does generate QV.

Smaller Leg Volume (SLV)


SVL iss the smaller of an IBO’s ALLV and ARLV in a month.

Sponsor
Sponsor is the term given to the current sponsor (immediate upline of
an IBO. While an IBO’s sponsor may change over time due to a
sponsor’s deactivation, the enrolling sponsor will not change. An IBO is
personally sponsored by his current sponsor.

Unpaid Left Leg Volume (ULLV)


ULLV is the total of left leg volume that is carried forward from the
previous week’s commission run.

Unpaid Right Leg Volume (URLV)


URLV is the total of left leg volume that is carried forward from the
previous week’s commission run.
