Funding any kind of Project without front fees

Be one of the first to profit from the new BETACONCEPT “Project Funding without
front fees”. Through our unique strategy and together with a Security Dealer, any
valid project, regardless of size, can be funded. We do not just enable the start of
project funding through our investors’ Pre-Financing Guarantee, which is available
without any front fees, but also funding for up to 3 years if your own bank has trust in
what you do and your past business dealings with them. This works for any client
who has an existing banking relation with a B+ or better rated bank for more than 3
years.

This is how the concept works

There is a 2 phase Presentation and Evaluation Process. Through the answers you
provide initially, we can determine if your project funding request is in compliance
with what we proposed and if we can be interested in what you do, and finally in
funding your project.

If we are interested in your presentation, then you will be given the opportunity to
complete an Application for Funding your Project without front fees. This will be
nothing special. This is just the usual information that is required for due diligence.

If your Application passes also this hurdle, we will issue the Project Loan Funding
Agreement which will state all terms and conditions in a Terms Sheet. Once
accepted and signed by all parties, we will start the funding process. We will create a
syndicate of investors that are on stand-by ready to fund your project under this
concept. Within 30 days, the investor syndicate Pre-Financing Guarantee will be
structured, active and available to support your project funding efforts.

At this stage, your bank is requested to issue their Bank Guarantee or SBLC for your
project to trigger Investment Loan Funding. Your project and the Pre-Financing
Guarantee that the investors’ syndicate will provide free of charge, should give your
bank sufficient comfort to backup your project funding with their Bank Guarantee or
SBLC.

The Investment Loan is funded, the “net loan proceeds” - net of Lender points and
interest on T+3 settlement timetable for you to draw funds. You build your project.
You will have to repay your loan within 1 to 3 years and your bank receives back their
Bank Guarantee or SBLC.

Loan Terms are standard rates plus lender points. The Terms Sheet can be issued
after your presentation in phase 2 of the application process, and will be stated in the
