Applications are invited for appointment of following positions on two (02) years purely
contract basis for the projects, namely: -
i. “Establishment of Human Rights Information Management System”

hardware, software and networks etc. OR
ii. Master’s Degree in Information Technology,
Computer Science, Management OR four-year BS
in Computer Science OR equivalent qualification
from a University recognized by Higher
Education Commission. Proven knowledge and
experience in human rights etc.
iii. Twelve (12) years post qualification experience in
the related field in BS-17 OR equivalent in a
Government/ Semi Government/ reputed private
organization.
iv. Good leadership skills, report writing and written
communication skills.
2. System & Data 25-35 1
Analyst i. Master’s Degree in Computer Science,
Information Technology/ four-year BS in
(BPS-18)
Computer Science or equivalent qualification
from a University recognized by Higher
Education Commission.
ii. Five years post qualification experience in the
related field in public or private sector including
2-3 years experience as system or Data Analyst.
iii. Any certification will be plus.
iv. Expertise to analyse large datasets and write
comprehensive reports
v. An analytical mind for problem-solving
3. Network i. Master’s Degree in Computer Science, 22-30 1
Administrator Information Technology or Bachelor (4- year)
in Computer Science or equivalent
(BPS-17)
qualification from a University recognized by
Higher Education Commission.
ii. Two years post qualification experience in the
public or private sector.
iii. Experience in networking, routing and
switching, network tuning, network design
and implementation.
iv. Proven Network administration work
experience.
v. Cisco Certification is must.
vi. Experience with firewalls, troubleshooting and
problem resolution.
vii. Experience in backup and recovery software
and methodologies.
4. Database i. Master’s Degree in Computer Science, 22-30 1
Administrator Information Technology or Bachelor (4- year)
in Computer Science or equivalent
(BPS-17)
qualification from a University recognized by
Higher Education Commission.
ii. Two years post qualification experience in the
public or private sector.
iii. Proven database Administrator work
experience.
iv. Any Certification will be plus.
v. Experience with database standards, database
software, web applications and end user
applications.
vi. Knowledge of database design, data backup,
documentation and coding, recovery, security
and integrity of data.
vii. Familiar with programming languages API.
viii. Strong analytical and organizational skills.

5. Data Entry Officer i. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/ 20-28 2


(BPS-16) Information Technology/ or equivalent
qualification from a University recognized by
Higher Education Commission
ii. Experience in data entry, fast typing,
familiarity with spreadsheets and online
forms
iii. Experience in MS Office and data
programmes

(Awareness Expert/ Degree in Mass Communication,
Digital Media Expert) Journalism, International Relations,
(BPS-17) Sociology, Social Work, Anthropology,
Gender Studies, Fine Arts, or any other
relevant discipline.
ii. Preferred 2 years post qualification
experience Govt./ Semi Govt./
Autonomous Bodies/ NGOs/ INGOs
working in Human Rights Governance,
Journalism, Media Communication and
Advocacy.
iii. Outstanding English and Urdu
communication and report writing skills.
iv. Must experience in digital media
v. Excellent computer and IT skills.
Important Instructions:

1. Applications on prescribed form should reach National Testing Test (NTS) within 15 days
from the date of advertisement.
2. Incomplete applications, advance copies and those received after closing date will not be
entertained.
3. Candidates will have to produce original certificates at the time of interview
4. All candidates applying for the above mentioned posts shall be entitled to an upper age
relaxation of five years in the maximum age limit given above.
5. No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in test/interview & Test fee not
Transferable/Refundable.
6. Candidates in already government service should apply through proper channel.
7. Only the short listed candidates will be called for test/interview.
