Infor EAM (Functional Consultant)

JOB DESCRIPTIONS
• Analyze customers' business requirements objectives; develops business processes to meet customers'
business needs. Model to-be business processes in the Infor EAM application.
• Manage the user requirement gathering sessions and good in customer interaction as functional
consultant.
• Able to perform Infor EAM base configuration like installation parameters, entities, system codes,
modifying screen layouts, cost codes, boiler texts, user groups, users etc.
• Must have good communication and presentation skills.
• Able to conduct end user training for Infor EAM.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum seven (7) years’ experience working with Infor EAM as a functional consultant
• Must have extensive knowledge of all the Infor EAM processes, especially Equipment, Work, Inventory
and purchasing processes
• Candidate with working experience in implementing Infor EAM (or any other EAM tool) for Rail and
Mass Transit clients will be added advantage
Infor EAM (Technical Consultant)

JOB DESCRIPTIONS
• Manage multiple on-premise installations of I nfor EAM.
• Architect technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot issues w ith Infor EAM installations, integrations, including I ON.
• Data transformation, upload utilities, Configuration Manager.
• Maintain excellent client relations, meets customer expectations for quality.
• Experience with I nfor OS.

Required Skills
• Minimum sev en (7) years’ experience working with I nfor EAM as a technical consultant.
• Must hav e hands-on working experience in PL/SQL and XML for I nfor EAM customization.
• Must be able to integrate I nfor EAM with other systems v ia web-services
Able to play mentor role to train I nfor EAM, ION and I nfor OS other junior staff.
• Candidate w ith w orking experience in implementing I nfor EAM (or any other EAM tool) for Rail and Mass

Airline SME (MRO)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Consulting Deliv ery:
• Structure and manage assignments, including outlining and drafting key deliv erables, defining analyses,
directing teams of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and taking responsibility for preparing client-ready final
w ork product
• Participate as a member of a consulting team on airline projects, w hich typically include developing
client operational strategies and managing their implementation of business plans.
• Thought Leadership:
• Support company grow th initiatives in the MRO space, such as the dev elopment of intellectual capital,
w hite papers, or marketing materials
• Support internal discussions and analyses to dev elop firm-wide perspectives
• Business Development:
• Respond to RFPs and participate in business dev elopment activities supporting sales executives on
presentation ready materials
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with senior counterparts at airline MRO clients
• Attend industry conferences for networking, new business development, and deliv ering speeches
• Responsible for identifying and pursuing projects at target accounts

JOB DESCRIPTIONS
• Act in a consulting EAM SME role on assigned projects.
• Support in RFP response and business development activities with company client executives.
• Provide in depth application and business transformation knowledge on targeted processes for rail and mass
transit.
• Assist in execution of EAM campaigns for US and UK based rail and mass transit clients.
• Analyze customers' business requirements objectives; develops business processes to meet customers' business
needs.
• Model to-be business processes in EAM application. Document and communicate the planned use of EAM
applications.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in Enterprise Asset Management, with four (4) years in the rail or mass transit
industry.
• Deep understanding of EAM solution and applications. Infor EAM and / or ABB Ellipse will be added advantage.
• Experience in EAM leading practices and trends.
iStaff Support Engineer
JOB DESCRIPTIONS
• Dev eloping and managing back-end serv ices. The primary focus will be the dev elopment of all serv er-side logic, definition and maintenance of the
central database, and ensuring high performance and responsiv eness to requests from the front -end. The resource will also be responsible for integrating
the front-end elements built by your co-workers into the application. Therefore, a basic understanding of front -end technologies is necessary as well.
• Responsibilities :
• Integration of user-facing elements dev eloped by mobile dev elopers.
• Build efficient, testable, and reusable Node.JS components.
• Integration of data storage solutions.
• Maintain and support inhouse HRMS product built on PHP.
