1 GENERAL OBJECTIVES
This procedure is guidance for Peciko 7A Field Development Project EPCI 2 Instrument Tube Flushing
Execution.

1. PREPARATION
The following Tools & Material shall available prior start the work:
Check initial Hydraulic oil Total Azzola ZS 32 ISO-4406 (previously NAS 6) cleanliness level
C1
Inspected Electric Hydraulic Flushing pump
Tube / hose, fitting & valve
Nitrogen bottle
Air regulator
Nut & double ferrule
2. TUBE BLOWING
Prior hydraulic flushing, new installed tube shall be blowed using nitrogen to reduce amount of tube
cutting chip during fitting & tubing installation. Nitrogen pressure to be applied to new installed tube
shall not exceed tube working pressure. Below is general step for tube blowing:
1. Set nitrogen regulator ( R ) to desired blowing pressure
2. Conect new installed tube to testing line
3. Open valve (V-1) to blow tube line.
4. Cap both end of tube to keep it clean.
