ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT OF THE HOMEROOM PTA

S.Y. 2018-2019

I. INTRODUCTION
Parent –Teachers Associations is one of the most significant organization
in the school community. The vital role signifies good partnership in terms of
the implementation of the programs and projects in the school itself. The
association revitalizing endeavor of effort to exist the good result of one
program. On this part output and outcomes resulted of the success. The
school itself could not stand alone without the help of the PTA officials. Twice
a month, the meeting process for the progress and development of the
program implemented.

II. OBJECTIVES
1. To promote harmonious relationship.
2. To utilize as functional partner of the school stakeholders.
3. To help the school for the implementation of the programs and projects.
4. To promote school-community friendly environment.

III. HIGHLIGHTS OF ACCOMMPLISHMENT

1. 36 out of 46 attended in the monthly meeting.

2. Parents participated actively in the school activities such as DO DAY,
RECOGNITION DAY, AND FAMILY DAY.
3. In the process school learning materials the repair LED television.
4. PTA Project of Classroom Cabinet.

IV. PROBLEMS MET

1. Other parents lack of coordination and participation.
2. Lack of fund.
3. Other parents lack of support in their children development.
V. CONCLUSIONS/RECOMMENDATIONS
1. Still implementing the success of the program.
2. Focus on good plan before the implementation.
3. Coordinate or ask help of one another to meet the good success.
4. Encourage the stakeholders to support the implemented projects.
