FRONTLINE SERVICES: The primary function of the Business Permits & Licensing Office is to process and recommend to the City Mayor
the issuance of business permit on all qualified business applicant pursuant to 2007 Revised Revenue Code .

ISSUANCE OF NEW BUSINESS PERMIT

REQUIREMENTS: 1 Filled-up business permit application ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS IF APPLICABLE:


2 Government issued Identification Card(ID) 11 Contract of Lease
3 Community Tax Certificate(CTC/Cedula) 12 Lessor's business permit
4 DTI/SEC/CDA Registration 13 Market Clearance
5 Barangay Business Clearance
6 Tax declaration or RPT payment of building occupied
7 Zoning Clearance
8 Certificate of Occupancy or Certificate of Occupancy permit exemption
9 Health Card/Certificate of the owner or any one of the employees
10 Fire Safety Inspection Certificate (FSIC)

PROCESSING TIME/DAYS: Monday to Friday


8:00 am to 5:00 pm

NO. OF HOURS/DAYS PROCESSED: WITHIN Three (3) working days

AMOUNT OF BUSINESS TAX & FEES: Depending on the line of business in accordance with Local Revenue Code of 2008 & Fire Code
