Engine#1 S/N: V17909 ; FH/FC:9350/5883.

Engine#2 S/N: V17911; FH/FC:9350/5883.

Related Engine data transmission, We did not received engine take off data transmission between aircraft
and ground stations from 09-Sep-2018 to 10-Oct-2018. However, we still received Engine Cruise data.

We performed re-upload the FDIMU AIDS software three times (On 17-Sep-2018, 27-Sep-2018 and 06-
Oct-2018) but nil help untill to 10-Oct-2018 (No actions from 6-Oct-2018 to 10-Oct-2018).

Please find attached file, review and advise us:

1. Why the take off data did not received along time?

2. Which further action for prevent this situation?

Best regards,

Dear Mr. Hoang Van Phong, HVN team

Further to HVN request we understand that the report <04> is not generated on a regular basis as
required, please find hereunder our troubleshooting recommendation:
Please note that any kind of modification on board through the MCDU can affect the
generation/transmission of some reports, hence we recommend HVN to follow the subsequent instructions
for the troubleshooting of the missing report <04>;

1) Please check that the report limits settings as per AMM TASK 31-36-00-740-815-A > Subtask 31-36-
00-740-072-A.
- Please make sure that the report limit 'T04' (report generation interval) is set to 1,
- Please make sure that the report limit 'Y04.3' (minimum TGT limit at engine start) is set to -40.

2) In case the aircraft is fitted with customized software, we recommend you reloading the standard
software as per AMM TASK 31-36-00-710-814-A or TASK 31-36-00-710-809-A or TASK 31-36-00-710-
809-B.

3) In case the instructions above is not useful, we suspect that the TGT parameter captor may be the root
cause for the missing of report <04>:
- We recommend you to read FADEC memory for potential TGT faults and troubleshoot accordingly as
per AMM TASK 73-21-00-710-812-A.

Should none of the above recommendation be successful, we kindly ask HVN to provide us with the
DFDR raw data (or QAR) of one the flights for which report <04> is missing and the MCDU " Report 04
AIDS REPORT CONST" page printout.

Hoping this is helpful, please be assured of Airbus continuous support.

Best regards,
Matthieu BIENNES
