Title: Improving degraded document images by using “ Binarization Technique”.

Project Abstract : Image division is a situated of portion that on the whole covers the
whole picture, or a set of forms concentrated from the picture. This paper introduced for
upgrade of corruption report. It comprises of a versatile picture difference based record
picture binarization strategy. For example, uneven light archive smear including
smirching of content, leaking of ink to the opposite side of page, correption of paper ink
because of maturing and so forth. The pictures i.e. examined duplicates of these debased
archives are given as information to the framework.
