Dear Madam, Sirs,

Authorization to use the “Quatrefolic” Trademark

In our capacity as owners of the trademark “Quatrefolic” registered in several countries and under registration
in Pakistan following filing on May 05th, 2015 under no. 388076 (the “Trademark”) We hereby authorize your
company to use such Trademark on your finished products marketed and sold in Pakistan for the purpose to
indicate that they contain products manufactured by Gnosis SpA, having its headquarters in Via Lavoratori
Autobianchi, 1 20832 Desio (MB), Italy (hereinafter referred to as Gnosis). This authorization is subject to the
following further terms and conditions:

(a) this authorization is exclusive in Pakistan free of charge and not transferable;
(b) the Trademark shall be used on the packaging containing the finished product and in promotional or
advertising materials in addition to the name of the manufacturer and the trademark or name of the
finished product and not alone, for the sole purpose to indicate that the finished products contain
extracts of our make;
(c) any mention of the Trademark shall be accompanied by the indication that it is a “Registered
Trademark of Gnosis.”;
(d) the Trademark shall not be displayed more prominently than your corporate name or the trademark or
name of your finished product;
(e) the Trademark shall not be used in a misleading manner inducing buyers of the finished product to
believe either that Gnosis is the manufacturer of the finished product or that the finished product
contains original extracts of our make, whilst this is not true in all or in part;
(f) your company shall not derive from use any right in the Trademark and undertakes not to contest its
validity;
(g) Gnosis will have the right to review the label and use of the Trademark on your finished product;
(h) the Trademark shall only be authorized for use on products in connection to Gnosis said product,

(i) the Trademark shall be used as presented and styled;
