out Project at the A.S. Fortuna st, Mandaue City, Cebu as enumerated hereunder:

1. That upon acceptance, approval and signing of contract, and issuance of the 50%
down payment, the undersigned shall start, after 48 hours, the assigned and agreed
project scopes of work
• 50% down payment upon acceptance and contract signing (item such as air
conditioner must be paid in full before installation)
• 40% second collection shall be given upon 50% accomplishment of project
implementation and submission of detailed plans
• 10% retention shall be given after the turn-over date
3. That the undersigned shall be given with (30) THIRTY days, after the contract
signing, in preparation for the detailed plans to be submitted to the Proprietor and to
OBO for the issuance of the building permit before the start of the project
implementation
4. That the project implementation shall be undertaken within a period of (2) TWO
months starting from the time the detailed plans for building permit has been
approved by OBO;
5. That a warranty of 6 months starting from the turnover date, shall be issued by
the contractor to the owner for workmanship warranty and material defects,
however, if installed material is damaged by third party or by accident or vandalism,
it will not be included in this clause provision
6. That the undersigned as requested can and will assist in the preparation,
procurement of the required and necessary papers and documents at cost to the
OWNERS, and make follow up for the processing and issuance of permits,
clearances, approvals and licenses from the LGU and other government agencies
concerned with the project cost chargeable to the project proponent
7. That any items not found in this Proposal / Quotation shall not be bound and applied
in this contract by the Contractor
8. That this Proposal / Quotation has been made based on the construction guidelines
of Lightsite Park building admin
9. That the installation of a sprinkler system is not included in this proposal since it was
not included as well in the construction guidelines
10. That any change orders and extra works shall have corresponding cost
11. That electricity and water consumption shall be at the expense of the owner
12. That this serves as the contract/agreement upon signing of parties concerned
For all of the above, our quoted price is ONE MILLION FOUR HUNDRED THIRTY-
EIGHT THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED NINETY-SEVEN PESOS & 09/100 ONLY (Php
1,438,397.09)
